Boutique Cottage Near Lake Sunapee | Fire Pit + View

The cottage is exactly as described and the pictures are extremely accurate. It is a beautiful and tastefully decorated place and we would stay there again without hesitation. It is about 8 miles to Sunapee, but it is a relatively easy drive. There are some great restaurants a few miles away as well as a supermarket close by. Communication with the owners was extremely easy. They were very responsive. Awesome place!

This is a charming and beautifully laid out cottage. The decor is modern. The beds and linens are very comfortable. The kitchen is gorgeous and all appliances, dishes, and silverware were new and spotless. The owners have thought of every detail to make your stay comfortable.

We had a lovely stay at the King Hill Cottage, and loved being so close to the cute town of New London. The house had everything we needed, the layout was perfect for three generations of family, including a little loft and hang out space underneath that our toddler absolutely loved (and claimed as his loft!) The fire pit area at the back of the house added a great space for the family to relax. We would absolutely rent again!

My family stayed overnight at this cottage prior to skiing at Mount Sunapee, which is close by. The cottage is very clean and cozy and had ample space for five adults. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

We enjoyed our stay at King Hill Cottage! Perfect for three couples. We had plenty of room to hang out and play games. Not too far from Mount Sunapee and close to restaurants and grocery store. The house was clean and comfortable. The host provided great communication and house instructions. Highly recommend

The King Hill Cottage was the perfect place for us to visit NH. It's convenient to Dartmouth, Quechee, and Manchester. The cottage was exceptionally clean and the beds were comfortable. It was well appointed with a great kitchen, close to nice restaurants, the lake and easy access to the highway. It is in a rural area and is very quiet. We couldn't have been happier. Highly recommend!
