House was clean and comfortable. The host is VERY responsive. We really enjoyed our stay. The 5 star review is especially for the cleanliness of the hot tub. We used it every night. I am a certified pool operator and am very sensitive to the cleanliness of pools and hot tubs. I was VERY impressed. This host cares!

The house was very clean and everything worked as it should. The outside features that came with the home, such as the hot tub, the patio fire table, and the front porch were all very relaxing and helped us to unwind after long and fun days touring the area. To that point, the location of the house and proximity to everything we wanted to see was perfect. I highly recommend staying at this home on your next vacation to the area.

Great location and clean house

Home was exactly as described. Very clean. Plenty of space for a family of six travelers, plus we hosted some local relatives for dinner one night. Excellent coffee and tea setup. Comfortable mattresses and well-stocked bathrooms. Plenty of parking out front. Frankfort is my hometown, so we were familiar with the area. It’s an easy drive to anywhere else in town. Walking distance to the Capitol and river. Only slight complaint — and this is very minor — is the provided body wash. Zero lather! If that’s the worst I can say, then it must have been a good stay! We’ll be back in town this May and will check this home first in hopes of staying again!

We had everything we needed! We had three couples, the home had plenty of room for 6 adults. Close to everywhere we wanted to go. Although we didn't need anything, our host checked in with us just to be sure. We had a great time!

Great location close to town and distilleries. Great host who promptly answered any questions we had.

This is an absolutely amazing place to stay. I honestly don’t want to give the 5 star review. The only reason why, is I don’t want other people knowing about it. That will only make booking harder for us in the future. This was the second time staying here and not our last. It was just us guys the first time we stayed. We found it to be fitting for our wives and brought them along this time. They are ready to go back next time. Only issue we have found, and it’s not that big of a deal, you better be good on a grill. We like to grill at night for supper and it can be challenging to cook on. The temps are not regulated well across the grill. Minor flaw that doesn’t bother us at all.

Was a great space to have as home base for our group to go to a friend's wedding. Plenty of room for multiple couples to prepare and interact pre/post event.

Our Frankfort rental was outstanding. It was very clean, well maintained and well equiped. The 3 king bed bedrooms were great. The beds were very comfortable. Our host (Dhruti) was excellent. He maintained an open dialogue, ensuring that all our questions were answered and that his property met our needs.Check-in as well as the check-out processes were effortless.Great location for bourbon trail adventures. This is our choice ental for any return visits to Frankfort.

Will send a separate correspondence to property owners re some suggestions for the property. All-in-all the 7 of us 78 and 79 year-old youngsters had a most enjoyable stay in the property and in the Frankfort, Lexington, Versailles areas.

Great property and very close to distilleries.

Our annual motorcycle trip was the Bourbon Trail! This was a perfect home, good location, and host was very helpful and attentive! Home is decorated very nice! We walked to Candy factory, downtown to Bourbon boat ride, and several restaurants! Highly recommend and would definitely come back!!!

Lovely home that is centrally located. Inside was very modern and really nice. Well decorated and all the bedrooms were spacious and beds were very comfortable. Enjoyed our morning walks around the capital. Would highly recommend staying here.

Amazing house! Very clean, neat and beautifully decorated. We used the home for a holiday family reunion. Very easy check-in. They even made the door code personalized to us so that it was easy to remember. Everything was perfect. It is even more spacious than it appears in the photos. We will be back next time we are in the Lexington area!

This house was perfect as a home base for four of us doing some golf and bourbon trail tastings. 4 comfortable bedrooms allowed us all to have our own space and the common areas/backyard were great for hanging together. Location is less than a mile to a lot of great stuff Downtown Frankfort and a short drive to a lot of distilleries/golf courses between Lexington and Louisville. All around great stay!

Good location to restaurants. Beds were comfortable. We were on the go much of our trip and didnt use kitchen for meals. No closet in master bedroom. Parking across the street.

We traveled to Frankfort for my husband's 50th birthday celebration in which he wanted to check out the bourbon trail. We were traveling with two other couples, so I selected this property because of the king beds. But the property ended up being perfect in every way! The kitchen was fully stocked for cooking, the outdoor fire pit and hot tub were great for relaxing after a long day of bourbon tasting, and the beds were SO comfy. The listing is exactly as represented, and I would highly recommend for your next (or first) trip to Frankfort!

We stayed here for the Bourbon Trail and Kentucky Derby. Easy drives to Buffalo Trace, Woodford, Wild Turkey, Whiskey Thief, Four Roses and more. Clean, comfortable and convenient! Great amenities on site. Comfy beds. Local restaurants like Bourbon on Main, Stave and Bourbon Library were fantastic! Would stay in this house again!!

The house is located in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance to the downtown area. The eateries in town are great as well. Local to many well known distilleries and about an hour to Louisville. Well worth the stay.

Our family visited the Frankfort, KY, area between Christmas and New Years and found this historic home and its responsive hosts ready for guests. As the first guests to stay, we found so many great touches throughout the property, all with guests' comfort and convenience in mind!The decor is trendy and pleasant with a uniform color scheme throughout. Obvious care went into the remodeling of three (yes, three!) bathrooms. Each bedroom had a king-size bed, which our three teenagers enjoyed. Rooms are large and comfortable, and the house is well stocked with linens and consumables. The kitchen is well-appointed with everything we needed for our stay--even made a charcuterie tray while we were there! We were not on the Bourbon Trail, but the house is well equipped for those who are. The outdoor space is well planned with a nice privacy fence, deck with firepit, and an all-season hot tub (our 16-year-old's favorite!!). Traveling with our cockapoo makes the fenced-in backyard a must-have.The location is excellent--easy access to cute restaurants in downtown Frankfort and to freeways if traveling to see the sites as we were. Our hosts were excellent and very communicative, always checking in to see how our visit was going and providing clear instructions on check-in and check-out procedures. We were pleased with the cleanliness of the house and would definitely return if in the area again!
