The main house and beautiful villa, comfortably sleeps up to 20 people, and boasts amazing outdoor and indoor spaces for all to enjoy.



With a resort style magnesium pool, full-size Tennis Court, infrared sauna, climbing wall and full gym, it's the ultimate escape destination.



Please note that additional guest charges of $80/night per guest apply after 16 guests.

Main House has:



'Boulder Beach Estate' is made up of multiple dwellings on one large 11acre property. The estate comfortably sleeps up to 20 guests, with multiple kitchens, bathrooms, laundry, living spaces, gym, pool, sauna, tennis court and so much more.



Boulder Beach Estate is perfectly laid out and designed for large groups or extended families and consists of the main house (Boulders Beach Retreat), a self contained studio (Coastal Meadow Abode) and a separate 2 bedroom small house (The Villa). There is also a wonderful gym with its own full bathroom. The gym with full gym equipment, a rock wall, and infrared sauna overlooks the 11 acre property and boast sensational sunsets .

Bedroom 3: 1 x French double (so almost a queen) - plus a futon in separate side room - no door

Bedroom 5 : A bedroom above Garage -accessible by spiral staircase - great for big kids/teens) this room has:

- 1x Queen-bed plus

- 2 singles



The Villa: ( The 2 bedroom small house which has its own kitchen, living room, bathroom, laundry and large deck)



Bedroom 1: 1x King bed

Bedroom 2: (loft style above villa’s living room)

3 x singles or 1x king and 1x single



We require a valid ID and a credit card under the guest name for validation and security bond purposes.

House Rules

• Age Requirements - Minimum Age to book 21years old

• No Parties or Events – Our homes are for family holidays and peaceful getaways only. Parties, functions and commercial events are not permitted without prior written approval.

• Guest Numbers & Noise – Only registered guests may stay. Please respect neighbours and keep noise to a minimum, especially between 10pm and 8am.

• Pets & Smoking – Pets are welcome only at approved pet-friendly properties, and smoking is strictly prohibited.

• Care & Cleanliness – Please treat the home with care, report any damage immediately and leave it tidy upon departure.

• Rubbish & Parking – Dispose of rubbish in provided bins and park only in designated areas.
