Stayed May 23, 2025Lovely spacious house. Fully stocked kitchen. Awesome views and excellent location. Perfect for a large group stay. Private dock is definitely a plus. Would definitely recommend this rental.

Stayed Nov 23, 2022We loved our time at Boulder Bay! The home perfectly accommodated our family for our Thanksgiving getaway. The home had everything we needed…stocked kitchen, lots of games and multiple areas for gathering & hanging out. Andrew was a great host and very communicative. We would love to visit again!
