Bougie Beach Home: 3BR-sleeps 10-Golf Cart, 4 E-Scooters, PS5, BunkRoom, Tesla

Welcome to Sea Dreams Destin—where luxury meets fun in the heart of Crystal Beach. Just two short blocks from the sugar-white sand and emerald waters of the Gulf, we've created a vacation experience that's about so much more than just a place to stay.

The moment you arrive, you'll realize this isn't your typical beach rental. Your complimentary 6-passenger lifted golf cart quickly becomes everyone's favorite way to explore. Equipped with Apple CarPlay, premium Bluetooth audio, running lights, and upgraded seating, it's just as enjoyable cruising through Crystal Beach as it is arriving at your destination. Whether you're heading to the beach, grabbing groceries, or taking a quick ride to Destin Commons, every trip feels like part of the vacation.

One of our favorite Premium amenities are the complimentary E-Scooters. Sea Dreams Destin provides 4 E-Scooters which are an awesome way to scoot down to Camiles for breakfast, or to Destin Commons for a movie, lunch or store browsing. Each Scooter is equipped with a lock to secure the scooters together. Need additional Scooters Please let us know in advance and we can rent you additional scooters. Min age to ride the scooters is 14 years old. A waiver must be signed prior to your check in date in order to receive the scooters.

Want to experience Destin like a local Hop on our 6 seater golf cart and ride to Historic Camille's for coffee and breakfast, cruise over to Destin Commons for shopping, or take the scenic ride to The Crab Trap for dinner overlooking the Gulf.

As the day winds down, gather on the spacious balcony overlooking the beautiful heated community pool. Mix yourself a fresh margarita, Old Fashioned, or Espresso Martini with our Bartesian premium cocktail maker, then settle into the evening as everyone shares stories from the day. Watching the sun slowly set while enjoying time with family is often the moment guests remember long after the vacation ends.

Meanwhile, the kids have likely disappeared into one of the home's biggest hits—the custom PS5 bunk room. Featuring four built-in bunks, a huge 65 Roku Smart TV, PlayStation 5, and popular games like Minecraft, Call of Duty, Gran Turismo, Fortnite, NBA 2K, MLB The Show 26, and Spider-Man, it's their own private retreat. While they're laughing, gaming, and making memories together, the adults finally get a chance to enjoy uninterrupted conversation and relaxation.

Looking for a little adventure Step outside to the private patio off the second bedroom and challenge everyone to the cold plunge. Watching the kids (and often the adults!) work up the courage to jump in quickly becomes one of the funniest moments of the trip. It's the kind of memory everyone talks about long after returning home.

When it's finally time to turn in, you'll discover another luxury many guests rave about. Every bedroom features premium memory foam mattresses, luxury bedding, white noise machines, HEPA air purifiers, wireless bedside charging stations, and 65 Roku Smart TVs, creating an incredibly restful environment. After full days in the Florida sun, you'll enjoy some of the best sleep you've had in years.

Traveling in a Tesla We've taken care of that too. Instead of searching for charging stations, rearranging your plans, or waiting in line, simply plug into the Tesla charging station right at the home. Wake up every morning fully charged and ready for another day exploring Destin.

Of course, we've also stocked Sea Dreams Destin with everything you'd expect from a luxury beach home: an incredible coffee station, a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with cookware, dishes, spices, air fryer, toaster, Keurig, Bartesian cocktail maker, blazing-fast 2 Gig Wi-Fi with whole-home eero mesh coverage, keyless entry, and an extensive collection of beach and pool gear.

Sea Dreams Destin is more than a beautiful home—it's a place where families reconnect, kids create lifelong memories, and vacations become traditions. We can't wait to welcome you.
