Boronia 6 is a freestanding split-level townhouse on Nettin Circuit in Jindabyne, sleeping up to ten guests across four bedrooms. It's a practical, well-equipped property that works just as well for a winter ski trip as it does for a summer stay by the lake — with enough space for a large family or a group of friends to settle in comfortably.

The main living area is open plan with kitchen, dining and loungeall flowing together. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher and microwave, and the lounge has a flat screen TV, gas log fire and reverse cycle air conditioning. A balcony off the living area has a BBQ — a good spot for a group dinner after a day on the slopes or out on the lake.
 
Flexible Sleeping Layout Across Four Bedrooms
The four bedrooms are set up to suit different group configurations. Three of the bedrooms have queen beds, with one able to be split into two singles on request at the time of booking. The fourth bedroom has two sets of bunks. Electric heating runs through all bedrooms, and the property has two bathrooms across two levels — one of which includes a spa bath.
 
Ski-Ready Setup with Drying Room and Double Lock-Up Garage
The lower level has a full laundry with washing machine and dryer, a separate drying room for ski and wet weather gear, and a double lock-up garage with internal access. It's a setup that takes the hassle out of a winter group trip — wet gear has somewhere to go and the car is off the street and secure.

    Enjoyed our stay. Great location with views of the lake fron the balcony & walking distance to Perisher bus stop. Lots of space for all 10 of us to enjoy.Only fault is the drying room is not effective and very small with only one heater that didn’t do much.

    Property was in a good and quiet location with great views over the lake. Bed was comfortable though room was a little small to fit a portacot in the master bedroom. Living area and kitchen were spacious and comfortable allowing us to easily self cater.

    Our recent stay in Jindabyne was nothing short of excellent, especially thanks to the wonderful house we rented. Nestled on a quiet street with stunning views of Lake Jindabyne, the house was a perfect blend of cozy comfort and modern amenities. The spacious living area, with its large windows and fireplace, provided a warm and inviting atmosphere that was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The kitchen was fully equipped, allowing us to prepare our meals with ease, and the bedrooms were beautifully furnished with comfortable beds that ensured a restful night's sleep. The outdoor deck was a highlight, offering panoramic views of the lake and mountains – an ideal spot for morning coffee or evening wine. Our hosts were incredibly accommodating and helped us in more ways than just providing us the keys. Their thoughtful touches, like discounts in local businesses, made our stay a lot easier and even more special. Overall, this house in Jindabyne was a fantastic home base for our mountain adventure. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable and luxurious getaway in the Snowy Mountains.

    The property was in the perfect location overlooking the lake and easy to get around anywhere! In the short time we stayed there we ate in most days and the place provided most amenities. This made it easier for us. There was also plenty of space for the kids to run around and the split level really made it extra safe. The gas fire place was our favourite! After a long day at the snows, we couldn’t wait to come home to and hang around the fireplace. The place felt like home away from home. Would consider staying again when we return to Jindabyne!

    Great unit in a great location. Quiet. Lovely lake views. Good internal set up. Would just have liked some cushions on the outdoor deck furniture - the metal was a bit cold on the bottom in winter! (that's an easy fix)

    Fantastic place... we were there for our sons wedding held in Thredbo...easy access to everything. Was lovely and clean on our arrival. Beautiful and warm fire place on those cold days. Fantastic views. Has everything in it that you could possibly need. Only down fall was the vacuum cleaner didn't have the head peice..which made it a bit harder and longer to vacumm before we left. But all in all 9/10.

    Great property for two families. Good location in Jindabyne and lovely views from the balcony and living area. Property is called a unit but is actually freestanding. Number 6 is at the bottom of the complex so has two more parking spaces as well as the double garage which is helpful. Heating works great except doesn't reach down to lower bedrooms amazingly well, however if you keep the garage/laundry doors closed, the bedroom heaters do a pretty good job.

    We had a lovely stay there, The property was very well set up, the beds comfortable and fortunately the heating worked pretty well. Really good views from Balcony. Only Disappoint with Garbage bin, it was Full, suppose to be empty. Overall really great place for Holiday
