Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We arrived on Thursday and stayed till Sunday. The house was perfect for our family of 21. The kids loved the pool, hammocks and campfire area. The air conditioning worked awesome as well as the hot showers. We always had hot water in the showers. The staff is friendly and made our stay easy. We will be back!

The toilet plunger downstairs was covered with used toilet paper on arrival. Strong septic smell in the back. Floors were filthy. We never were able to find the remote to the downstairs tv. Pool needs serious work with big gaps in between actual pool and tiling. Had a child hang a toe in the gap and had to administer first aid. Shower down stairs was filthy. We’ve stayed their before but I will not be choosing that house again.

We had a great stay and appreciate the hospitality of getting to check in a little early and a quick response when we called about the water shutting off. It really was amazing and in a great location for all our needs.

Reviewer Comments: FRVR has always provided a good experience whether in person, phone, text, or email. Communication is great & questions readily answered when needed. This last visit, the rental home was not up to standard for the rental price. Aside from the home itself, a good trip.

The pool lights didn’t work for us in the evening. The trash binds were left a mess from the previous stay had to clean up so I wasn’t charged a fee. Got called 3 days after we checked out that our truck was parked behind the pool and we would be charged for violating the rules of not parking on the grass they had pictures and it wasn’t even us. A bit on the stereotype. Was disappointed in the stay.

No problems with neighboring families either.
