Cozy, clean cottage across the street from the beach. Great location. I enjoyed exploring OBX! I would stay here again.

The home was clean, and fully stocked for anything you might need for your stay. Great location and we plan to stay there again when we can. Hot tub was very nice as well. The host was very accommodating.

Absolutely loved this house. Has everything you need for a weekend, a week or longer. Decorated so pretty. Comfortable furnishings, well stocked kitchen, linens, cookware, etc. Can't think of anything that was missing. Lisa was wonderful. Happy we got to meet you and your hubby before departure. Thank you for sharing with our fur baby too. Really can't say enough good things about your home. Thanks again!

Very cute place, convenient location, HUGE kitchen area. We had fun playing pool and relaxing after a day at the beach in the comfy living room area.

Came in to celebrate wife’s birthday. We really enjoyed our stay. This location is great for getting around OBX and we really enjoyed the hot tub. The house was spacious and comfortable. They had everything we needed from cups, plates, utensils and more. Everything was provided and clean. We will definitely re-visit this rental in the future.

This house is a gem! Right across from the beach (30 second walk), amazing hot tub, pool table, comfy beds…what more could you want?

Our family of 5 enjoyed the rainyvweekend at the Good Stuff. Beach access was directly across the street and the kids loved scavenging for starfish and crabs. House was clean and well-stocked with cookware, games, and linens.

Hand soaps, detergents, paper products all were well stocked- it was so welcoming!

The home was in a wonderful location and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. It was super clean and beautiful and we'd definitely stay there again!

This was our second stay at this property. The owner thinks of everything! The cottage is very clean and conveniently located across the street from the ocean, very close to a public access point. We will definitely stay again.

Love the proximity to the beach, house was beautiful and very comfortable. Only issue was the amount of flys and larva under the carport. Couldnt sit outside. No fault of owner, no food or garbage around so couldnt understand where they were coming from. Otherwise everything was great.

Location was amazing! View was great! Amenities were great! Had a wonderful time!

This house had everything we needed. Loved the quick walk to the beach across the street. Also loved the location of the house and felt it was just a quick drive to anywhere. Cindy and the family were easy to talk to and I enjoyed our conversations. The house was very clean but also comfortable and relaxing. Loved our stay, thanks for having us!

Ok so i hesitate to give a review bc i want to be able to stay here in the future- ie i dont want it all booked up! This place is our fav place we have stayed at. It is clean, filly equiped, and perfect location. Its so much better to come to obx if you have a dog than chincoteague va. They are much more dog friendly here at obx. This house is great in every way.i cant wait to come back

As frequent flyers to the OBX, The Good Stuff is by far one of the best cottages that we have stayed at. Location is excellent, well stocked with everything a family would need for a relaxing vacation. Would definitely recommend.

We had a great stay. The Good Stuff was very clean, nicely decorated and had all the amenities. Access to the beach was easy and close.

Our stay was very relaxing. House was well stocked with essential needs. Cindy was very communicative and kind. Some of Wii games didn’t work however we made due with the one that did work hot tub was hard to read the settings. Location was great!

Was our first time in area and this place did not disappoint! The the location was great you could see and hear the ocean from the window. Very short walk to the public access. Had everything we needed and beds were very comfortable. Will definitely be staying there again.

We had a wonderful time playing pool, enjoying the beach, playing games. The house was so nicely furnished and had tons of clean towels. We appreciated all the little details that made for a pleasant stay.

A great stay in an awesome location. Chris was an awesome host with exceptional communications. Thank you!We were located across the street from the beach so it was a short walk to get there. We were also a block from a neat little dive called Art’s Place. Good food, beverage and atmosphere.We caught a winter storm that dumped 3 inches of snow so it was really nice staying at a fully capable house. The kitchen, living area, and bedrooms all met our needs to my wife, me, and our pup Sarge. We look forward to staying there again.

We loved our stay! The location was right between some of our favorite things- Jockey’s Ridge, Ashley’s Coffee Parlour, and Duck. We had fun walking on the beach, which is so convenient, playing pool, soaking in the hot tub, and just relaxing in your beautiful home. We can’t wait to visit again!

Great beach access -Beds are amazing and kitchen is well equipped.The only issue is it is listed as 3 bathrooms…one of which is the outdoor shower. Not a bathroom.

What a great cottage! First and foremost it was very clean. We had everything we needed for a really nice long weekend. We will definitely plan on going back.

The Good Stuff has everything you need! Our family enjoyed playing pool in the evenings. Also, the house was decorated wonderfully for Christmas. We would recommend staying here! Plan on being back soon.

The property was great, clean and well stocked. We had everything we could have needed and plenty of room. The proximity to the beach was amazing. Couldnt have wished for a better family vacation! Looking forward to returning next year. beachwas wonderdul.

We stayed at The Good Stuff with our kids. The downstairs with the pool table and futons was a perfect hang-out for our older guys, plus the bedroom and bathroom made it so that they had their own private suite. It was easy to cook meals at this house since the kitchen is stocked with everything needed to cook and serve meals. The open floor plan upstairs made it easy and enjoyable to be together, the ac and ceiling fans, as well as the furniture made this home super comfortable. Kids also had fun on the Wii! Being able to cross right across the street to get to the beach was super convenient, as were the chairs and umbrella that Cindy provided. The hot tub was fabulous for taking in the sunsets from the back deck. Any store that may be needed is nearby, along with a Duck donuts, and Winks ice cream is just a short walk away. The view across the street is gorgeous. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.
