Tim and Kim were great hosts and their house was lovely. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub as well as the fire pit. Very easy to get to the horse races and downtown as well. would love to stay there again in the future.

Beautiful home, close to all Saratoga has to offer.

We came with 8 adults and had a great time in Saratoga Springs. We had plenty of space and plenty to do in this great house. The game room was comfortable and huge, kitchen was well appointed. We especially liked the built in keurig into the bottled water machine! We had a fantastic dinner at Mouzon House on Sunday night and a fun 5 mile hike in the rain at Saratoga Spa State Park. Overall, wonderful weekend, thank you!

The house was beautiful and very private, while being very close to the main roads and attractions of Saratoga Springs. The owners were incredibly friendly. Also very easy to get a hold of and friendly when I called with a question because I didn’t read the email or text that they sent me with the instructions for the keypad. I highly recommend this house and these hosts.

We chose Tim's home for our family get together in Saratoga. Tim's home is beautiful and we had a wonderful time. He was so easy to contact when we had questions and fast to respond. The rooms are spacious and the game room was so much fun. The pool was great to cool off and we enjoyed the hot tub as well. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Beautiful! 2 suggestions. A copy of the shower instructions upstairs and directions for the coffee maker! Our biggest laughs came when four of us members of the Mr. Coffee generation were half asleep and trying to figure it out! We did though and had a great time.

The house was exactly what we needed for a fun girls weekend! The property is huge and we enjoyed using each of the spaces throughout our stay. Enjoyed it so much we look forward to planning another - next time with our husbands!

We have been visiting the Saratoga area for 11 years now. We lost the normal house we stayed in and ventured to here. Tim was first class all the way. Beautiful home, pool and property. 15 minutes to downtown, the track, golf and more! Would recommend to others!

I have zero complaints about this gorgeous property. Seamless checkin, excellent communication from the host, and everything went very smoothly. Tons of space with ample amenities. Close enough to Saratoga and other activities but far enough out to be super quiet and peaceful. I would absolutely book this again!
