We really enjoyed our stay at this cute beach house. Access to the beach was excellent and the cabin was comfortable, had everything we needed and decorated. nicely. We would come again!

Everything is provided for outside activities in case you forget anything!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The location was perfectly located to have ideal access to both the state park on the cape as well as shopping and dining options in Port St. Joe. The walk to the beach from the beach house was pleasant and the boardwalk out to the beach was very well maintained. I would definitely recommend this location to others (and I have), and I will almost certainly be returning in the future.

We loved this house! Layout was great and it was setup for a convenient and great vacation! There really is no water view because of some overgrown palms but the location is great! Short walk to the beach the beach was beautiful and not crowded at all. Would most definitely stay again!!

We enjoyed the location, access to beach cart and toys, and the beds- they were big and comfortable! Communicated from the property owner was also good. The kitchen was well stocked, but cleanliness could be improved- there was hair in the bathrooms and dirty dishes in the cabinets. The property could use a little attention (e.g., some doors don’t latch

The house was the perfect size for a family of 6. The hosts did a great job at providing supplies for cooking and a days at the beach.

I love the layout of the house and the decks were nice to hang out on.

This was our second time staying at the Pelican’s Nest, and both years have been such a dream! We love that it is dog-friendly, because our lab lives the beach! This is her vacation every year! The house is spotless, spacious, and very close to the sand! Lots of delicious restaurants near by. We will be back!

Ideally situated to enjoy the beach , the bay and sightseeing in the area. Plenty of living space & storage with comfortable beds. The hosts were friendly & responsive.

Cute place!

This is was our fourth stay at Pelican’s Nest, and, as always, we had a fantastic time! The beach house was clean and tidy and contained everything we could possibly need. Hurricane Debby got pretty close, and Erin was quick to reach out and offered to refund days if we chose to leave early. We chose to stick it out, and enjoyed some gorgeous weather the remainder of the trip!

Nice house. Great property owners, very responsive. Had some AC issues and they had it resolved within a four hours.

We stayed at Pelican’s Nest for our first family trip to the Gulf, and it was perfect for us. Two adults, two boys age 10 and 12, one dog. Clean and well equipped house, very quiet area, great hosts. We’d love to come back. We spent most days on the beach. Hosts provided a really nice cart that made it easy to shuttle back and forth, plus sand toys, boogie boards, and umbrellas. Saw a few sunsets across the road, either from Scallop Republic’s deck or the Salinas Park boardwalk. There was an issue with the A/C one evening when we got back from the beach. Just a normal maintenance thing that happens with any house, but it was getting late and we were ready to sweat it out overnight. Nope, owners jumped in and got it taken care of within an hour.
