This house was perfect for our family. Close to restaurants, highway and attractions. The basement with the pool table was awesome. The kids really enjoyed playing games at night. The back porch is adorable and very private. We loved having our coffee sitting there. The walking path behind the house is really a nice one. We had a lot or room for the whole family and we could have invited friends. If we ever return to Colorado Springs I would love to stay in this house again for sure.

Two adult couples stayed at this property for ten days. We had an overall good experience. House is spacious with very nice patio. Kitchen is fully stock with quality pots and pans. Nice t.v. room with pool table and dart board. Nice peaceful neighbor with close by Costco and Safeway.

This house is amazing! There is so much room for the entire family to enjoy. We were a family of 8, and we had more than enough space. The check in process is extremely easy. The house was clean, beautiful and had a great view. It was such a pleasure to see the deer everyday along with the beautiful Mountain View. The area was safe and the trail behind the house is very beautiful and convenient. There are many places to eat around here & we even had groceries delivered to the house. We will definitely be staying here again in the near future. Nothing but great things to say!

My family stayed at this house for about 5 days in July 2020. We had a house booked with Air Bnb and the host cancelled on us 3 weeks before our trip. Thankfully we found this house and it ended up being the perfect fit for us. It was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The owners and the property manager were all very pleasant and ensured that we made it in. The location of this house is ideal for anyone wanting to get out and see some major landmarks in the area. It is very close to the Garden of the Gods, Old Colorado City and Manitou Springs. The house has a trail that runs right beside it. This trail leads to a playground which is so nice if you have little kids. We highly recommend this house!

Our family all met here from various locations and enjoyed this home very much. The pool table and dress-up clothes were well-used. Also the nice collection of games. The kitchen was well-stocked, and there were plenty of places to sit while dining in (we had 8 adults and 7 children). It is convenient to all of the sights of Colorado Springs. The back-yard is private and pretty with lots of trees. We even had our professional family picture taken here. Most of the beds were comfortable except for the one queen upstairs, which was too hard. I would recommend the owner get a memory foam pillowtop. The three floors make the home seem larger than it is, as there are plenty of places to play and tuck away for a nap. We had a couple of little issues come up, but the property manager was right on them. We would definitely book it again.

1 month prior to arrival, a surprise bill comes from the owners. They claimed it as a fee to recover what VRBO charges them. I contacted VRBO and they assured me this was not an appropriate fee and the owners should refund it to me immediately. Never saw that refund, used as leverage as it was a 0% refund cancellation policy. Basement was listed as finished but had roughed in carpet, creating tripping hazards everywhere. Property manager had to tell us there was flooding. No reduced price for reduced quality from what was advertised. Washer kept leaking everywhere. A/c stopped working, property manager responded and came while we weren't there. Warning: 1 week stay only 2 rolls of tp per bathroom, no matter how many people pay to stay. Another surprise fee, they claimed we broke their sliding doors, but the doors had wood in the sliding doors for use instead of the locks. They thought to put the bill on us to make the repair. Also claimed we stole their micro usb cord and charged 12 times the cost for a replacement. I asked for the itemized receipt, and have yet to see it. Nice house, but not worth dealing with these kinds of people. At the price they are charging they should be waaaaay more accommodating not nickle and diming their patrons. Will definitely NEVER stay at this house again. Caution, they are playing monopoly as they own and are aquiring multiple properties in the same neighborhood. Avoid, stay in Manitou Springs instead, only a short drive away and closer to a lot more hiking trails.

This house was perfect! We had a large family group meeting in Colorado from Indiana & Texas & this house was able to accommodate all of us very comfortably. The rooms were comfortable. There was space upstairs for quiet hang out & card games & a large game room with TV downstairs where the kids could play & watch movies. The house is also located very close to many tourist locations. If we ever meet in Colorado Springs again & need a home with space, this house will be the first on our list!

After driving almost 12 hours and arriving at this most beautiful home was so exciting. We had plenty of room to move about and all the kids had made home in the downstairs gameroom. The house had everything we needed! I was even able to schedule a Walmart grocery delivery order for when we arrived and have everything we needed minus a few little pick ups! The deer and beautiful birds surrounding the neighborhood was so amazingly peaceful! It was so nice to come back from our outings everyday to be able to gather, cook, take hot showers and sleep in some very comfortable beds ! I would highly recommend this property to anyone !! BEST TIME EVER!!

We stayed here for our son’s “graduation week” when he graduated from the Air Force Academy. It is ideally located for easy access to USAFA, as well as many restaurants and attractions in Colorado Springs. We had three couples and 3 singles which worked out great, room and bed-wise. The house is very nicely equipped and comfortable; my teens/young adults loved the pool table, and the easy access to trails wandering thru the area; the kitchen is not just functional, it is bountifully supplied with tools and dishes, and very easy to work in. Owners and their local “caretaker” were prompt with info and assistance. I’m so glad we rented this home: it was a peaceful haven and had plenty of room for the hanging out we wanted to do, games for those so inclined, outdoors right out the door... for us it was ideal.

I love this home. Every thing available there. All staff are nicely clean and organize. We enjoyed snooker game. Honor of this house is very nice and humble. We made plan last month but some reason one of our family member was hospitalze. We request to property honor. He gave me new date. I really appreciate that. Over all my experience was positive. If I got chance next visit will be same house.
