Stayed Jul 7, 2025The inside of this house is great, lots of bedrooms and bathrooms. Everything inside was clean and well maintained. The golf cart was great, it made it so much easier to get around on the hot summer days. The outside could use some maintenance. Lots of weeds in the front, the pool looks like it need to be refinished and most of the outdoor furniture is either broken or dirty.

Stayed Jun 21, 2025Santa Rosa is beautiful. And this house has many good features. It is setup well for multiple guest. The house is also an extremely short walk to the beach. The downside of our stay could be summed up to property maintenance and the lack of service or communication from property management. Two pieces of pool furniture were severely damaged upon arrival. The concrete pool had material visual stains. There were numerous other items throughout the home identified not on par with the listing. The assistance from the property manager was poor. We called property management multiple times the first day and were provided no return call. We did however receive a phone message asking for us to communicate through text. Responses were delayed and partial. Into our stay we were told both that a handy man and a pool technician would visit the property to help resolve issues, however neither came. We are not ones to ask more than a few times. We made the best of how things were provided.

Stayed Mar 6, 2025Hattie’s Hideaway was perfect for my bachelorette trip. It was clean, organized, and not a far walk from the beach. It was also affordable to heat the pool over the weekend:) I would definitely stay there again or recommend to friends!

Stayed Oct 10, 2024We had an amazing time at this house. The house is beautiful and in a fabulous location. Easy walk to the beach and the golf cart and bikes were an extra plus. We had everything we needed for our trips to the beach. We were 6 adults and 5 children and had plenty of space. The heated pool was amazing when not at the beach. The beds are AMAZINGLY COMFORTABLE...and the decor was bright and beautiful.. Perfect time on 30-A.. Thank you Pinkie!!
