Fantastic stay. Close enough to everything and far enough away from everything. Was the perfect location. The neighbors on either side were fantastically friendly and fun. We were able to watch a bunch of lightning bugs off the back patio. The rooms were beyond comfortable. The slipper bathtub was the extra bonus to our stay. I would definitely book again at this location. Absolutely loved our stay

Wonderful little home

While the location is convenient for racing season, that was unfortunately the only positive aspect of our stay. The property had a very strong musty odor throughout the home, and we discovered visible mold on the ceiling in the closet of the second bedroom, which was concerning.Cleanliness was also a major issue. There was pink mold around the shower drain, the kitchen table had sticky spots, and many of the dishes, utensils, pans, and plates had clearly been put away dirty. We had to wash items before using them.Additionally, we only had hot water the first day. After that, the shower never got warm regardless of how long we let the water run.The back deck was also covered in algae, creating a serious slipping hazard. My husband nearly fell when stepping outside.Overall, this property was not maintained to an acceptable standard, and we would not stay here again or recommend it to others. I would strongly encourage the owners to investigate the mold issue and reevaluate the cleaning and maintenance of the property.

Girls trip to the horse races. Great location, a few blocks from Oaklawn. Plenty of room. Beds were amazing. Friendly neighbors.

Everything was perfect. House was very charming and quick walk to the track. Will definitely use when going back to Oaklawn again.

Property was near center of town and in a quite neighborhood. AC was cool and rest of the house was as pictured in add. We would stay there again. Checkin and checkout was easy.

PERFECT!!

When you first open the door you feel like you are visiting a friend. The house was clean, comfortable and inviting. Well stocked kitchen. Great covered deck in the back, perfect for bird watching while enjoying my morning coffee. The bed were comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and well kept. Restaurants, shopping and sights close by. We were interested in crystal mining. The house was pretty much centrally located to the mines. Having a washer and dryer was much appreciated. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay.

Great location. Walked to track. Nothing fancy but clean and comfortable.

We ran into some issues with travel due to weather. We reached out and someone - I suppose an agent? - responded and said the property owner would see the message and respond. After several follow ups, I haven’t heard from either.

Thoroughly enjoyed our short stay at this property! Exceptionally clean, well maintained house in a great location! Walking distance to Oaklawn & Rocky’s. Beds were very comfy! Hope it’s available when we come back in the spring!
