Quiet Policy
This home is located in a peaceful, private mountain community. To preserve the relaxing setting for everyone, please keep noise to a respectful level at all times. Parties and disruptive behavior aren't permitted, and we kindly ask that you be mindful of neighbors and quiet hours starting at 10pm.

Extended Stays
Reservations of 30+ days are subject to additional review. Stays exceeding 90 days require a separate agreement. A security deposit, mid stay cleaning fees and trash pick up fees may apply depending on the length of stay.

Payments
If booked more than 14 days before arrival, 50% is due at booking and the remaining balance is due 14 days before check-in. If booked 14 days or fewer before arrival, full payment is due at booking.

Military Discount
We proudly offer a 5% discount to active duty military members and veterans. Proper documentation is required. Reach out to our Guest Experience Team for details.

Last-Minute Bookings
For reservations made **within 7 days of arrival**, additional verification is required to protect our homeowners and guests.
This includes:

    Perfect property for family reunion. Large gathering area for eating and socializing. State-of-the-art well-stocked kitchen. Very roomy bedroom suites plus “kid/teenage wing” with bunkbeds and game room. Large front porch with rockers - perfect on beautiful fall day. Nice firepit with chairs for chilling after dinner. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!!

    We had a wonderful time at our stay at Bonnie Haven! We have a large family so the kitchen and great room combo was perfect! Everything was clean! Kitchen well stocked. Suggestion to bring extra towels & washcloths. The putt-putt and park in walking distance! Elijah Mountain Gem Mining was so much fun for the kids too! Pops Diner was delicious and wonderful service! We fully recommend Bonnie Haven for large families!!

    We spent 3 days as part of a work retreat. We found the house to be very clean and spacious. Sooo many rooms to chose from. The location was close to downtown-not within walking distance but very quick drive.

    We are grateful to have found the Bonnie Haven property. Our family was able to come together from all parts of the country to mourn the passing of loved ones. The home gave us plenty of space to stretch out, and a spectacular kitchen in which to cook a comforting Sunday meal together, and enough privacy to take time out alone when we needed it. The property management team was responsive and friendly. Highly recommended for your next retreat or family reunion.

    Fabulous stay in this awesome Hendersonville home! This house is perfect for a large friend or family group. Large bedrooms with all but 1 having your own bathroom. Big great room area open to a large kitchen. Hot tub and fire pit available. We had a blast!

    We stayed here for my mother-in-laws 89th birthday with family. The house had everything we needed and more! All of the bedrooms are more like a suite than just a room. Absolutely beautiful! Thanks so much for sharing the beautiful home!

    This was a wonderful house that hosted our family reunion , and we hope to visit again! We have stayed in many large houses for family trips, and this was definitely the nicest. The bedrooms are all quite large and there are SO many bathrooms! Unlike many houses, this one has a giant main room and a great kitchen. It even has 2 washer/dryers. The house has plenty of parking. It also comes with a pack and play and highchair. It is clean and all appliances we used were in good condition. It is about a 30 minute drive to Asheville. Definitely would visit again.

    My church rented the property for our men's retreat. Communication with the rental agency was always top notch. They were always courteous and responded so quickly to my various questions. The property is very well kept and had more than enough room for our group.

    We had our staff planning retreat here and it was perfect. There were plenty of spacious rooms to sleep in. And the downstairs living room and kitchen were great for our gatherings and meetings.
