Bonito Bungalow-Golf Cart Included-Best Location-Close to BEACH & MARINA ☀️

The house is situated in a very convenient location. We loved the way the house is decorated. Communication from the host was superb. Having the golf cart was a much needed bonus. Being able to bring our Pomapoo dog with us was also good for us. We enjoyed our time here.

We cannot say enough good things about the property and Barbie and Matt! We’ve been to Fripp five or six times now, and this is our favorite house we’ve ever been in. The house is beautiful, clean, just as described, and the location is fantastic. The included golf cart is also a huge bonus. Barbie and Matt are very helpful and always respond quickly to any questions.

We have vacationed on Fripp Island about 15 different times over the years in various rentals so familiar with various rental homes and locations. Bonito Bungalow was a wonderful experience from initial booking process, cleanness of the property, location, decor, and consistent and engaging conversation with the owners. Barbie was wonderful to work with and no question was too small. They were always timely if not immediate on responses with the focus on ensuring we had a truly enjoyable and relaxing time in their unit and on the island. We had a wonderful vacation and were even happier to rent from them after learning they were both veterans and UC Bearcat fans. Great experience and would definitely consider renting from them in the future. Cheers!

We had a great time on Fripp Island. Bonito Bungalow is a lovely home, has everything you would want for a beach vacation and is situated in a perfect location to access all the island amenities. Barbie is a great host. She was very responsive to our questions and had wonderful suggestions for activities in the area. Our granddaughter loved the pools and beach and especially riding in the golf cart. Would highly recommend.

Kitchen was well stocked for cooking and grilling. Bedrooms are large so plenty of space! We had a great five days on fripp with our family of 5 plus grandparents. It was so relaxing. Lived the golf cart (and beach chairs and towels etc..) were there so we did not need to figure out renting one. Truly a good old fashioned family vacation and the kids are already talking about going back next year!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Bonito Bungalow! The hosts were so lovely and excellent at communicating. We felt very welcome and confident during the booking process. The home is clean, comfortable, well-decorated and matched the listing. We really enjoyed access to the golf carts and the proximity to the beach. We recommend this home for anyone visiting Fripp Island.

Matt and Barbie are amazing hosts!! Great communication to make our stay easy and relaxing. The location of the house is great! Short walk or bike ride to the beach. The golf cart and bikes made it easy to get around the island. We will definitely be back!!

All good golf cart was a nice feature

This is a beautiful beach house with easy access to the beach, marina and other amenities. The house was very comfortable, and the electric golf cart made it easy to move around the island. The host was very helpful and easy to communicate with. We will definitely consider renting this house again on our next visit to Fripp.

The property was clean and beautifully decorated. Everything was easy to access, and plenty of instructions and information for everything! Everything worked, and was incredibly welcoming! Even included board games for the entire family and beautiful porches and balconies for evening time wind down! The host checked on us and made sure that we were safe and had no questions! Golf cart was clean and accessible too! We can’t wait to stay again!

We had a wonderful time at Bonito Bungalow. The home had everything we needed and the space and location was perfect. Very well stocked kitchen (with sharp knives!) and plenty of supplies to get us through our stay (dish tabs, paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, etc.). The home is also centrally located on the island - close to the beach access (less than 5 minutes), pools, stores, playgrounds and restaurants. The home was also decorated beautifully and had a very cozy vibe. The golf cart included was so fun to ride around on and get places easily and they also stock beach towels and beach chairs and boogie boards in the garage. Communication with Barbie and Matt was wonderful! They were very responsive via VRBO messaging or text. They also provided wonderful restaurant recommendations, and lots of other recs on the paperwork they provide, like where to find the best sunset location or where to find shark teeth on the beach. All the info you would need they provide, which we really appreciated. We decided to use the amenity cards (extra fees) because our favorite pool (and the only heated one) is at the Cabana Club and does require amenity cards for entry. Most of the restaurants and pools on the island also require amenity cards as well. But you can easily not purchase those if you don't plan on using the pools and there are plenty of restaurants within 30 minutes of the island worth visiting. Highly recommend staying at Bonito Bungalow!

We enjoyed a perfect week at the Bonito Bungalow! It was very nice to be so conveniently located on the island -- just a few seconds on the golf cart to get anywhere! We enjoyed being on the golf course and enjoying the screened in porch! Excellent place to stay! The house was well stocked and the hosts were great at communicating!

We just wrapped up our first trip to Fripp for our son’s spring break and I have to say, we are believers! What a hidden gen! Bonito Bungalow was THE PERFECT place for us. Barbie and Matt have done an incredible job of making it a “pretty place” to call home away from home. Comfy furniture & beds, beautiful decor, and THE CUTEST PORCH SITTING you can imagine made our stay so special. We ate every meal at the lovely dining table on the screened porch. It was my favorite part of the home. As hosts, they reached out multiple times prior to and during our stay to make sure we were all set and answer any questions we might have had. Communication with an owner has never been so easy. The house is stocked with a lot of the essentials so we were able to leave our beach towels, chairs, and umbrella at home which made packing so much easier! The golf cart provided was high quality and worked great as well. The entire process was seamless and we couldn’t be happier with our experience. Our son is 15 years old and I’d say this island is perfect for that age group if anyone is wondering. We will definitely be back!

The decor was thoughtful and cozy, and the layout was surprisingly spacious—plenty of room to relax and unwind without ever feeling cramped. The peaceful vibe throughout the house was exactly what we needed. It didn’t feel like a rental at all—more like staying at a friend’s beautifully cared-for beach home. Everything was spotless, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the soft, plush bath towels were such a nice touch. We also loved having the included golf cart—it made beach trips and exploring the area so easy and fun. Everything about this place felt welcoming, warm, and well loved. And to top it all off, the host was fantastic—super responsive and friendly. Can’t wait to come back!

The location on Fripp Island was amazing. The area was beautiful and such a nice change from a typical beach spring break. Seeing deer everywhere was so fun and then alligators. The beach was pristine. I am sure this place is even more amazing during the summer when more venues are open. The golf cart was a nice addition. We made many memories in the home we stayed at. What a great location.

Fripp is awesome and properties like this make it even better

We had the best long weekend spent here! It was a very clean property, had a great layout, was right on the golf course, and had everything we needed! House is fully stocked and has extra supplies included unlike most rentals. The golfcart being provided was a huge bonus, and communication with Barbie and Matt was top notch! This home exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely book here again!

Perfect location on the island for everything that we wanted to do (and golfcart included). Unit was in wonderful condition and host was more than helpful for all of our needs. We'll definitely be back!
