Bonita Springs Bungalow

Second time I have stayed at this property. Love the lay out of this house. The pool, lanai and hot tube is awesome. Owner very responsive, although hardly a reason to contact him as everything is person and instructions are perfect. Would stay here again without a doubt.

We enjoyed our stay and would rent again - very clean. Host was responsive. Location was great for access to beaches and surrounding area. Patio with hot tub and pool was great - especially in Jan/Feb months with cool weather. There were some things that need attention such as stuck shower door, delaminating kitchen cabinets, handles not on drawers in closets and tired family room furniture given the rental cost.

Second time staying here. We had an amazing time. The pool is great and the home is beautiful with great amenities.

Host was very communicative and responsive to questions. Quiet neighborhood a plus.

This property checked all the boxes for this trip.Pool, hot tub, comfortable beds, and close to the beach. The beach chairs and toys were nice to have so we didn’t have to buy them. We had one issue with the Spa not heating up but Michael had someone out the same day when we contacted him. Feedback: big sports guy and a TV outside in the covered area would have been nice. Body soap, shampoo and laundry soap were not provided so we had to go out and buy them. These are by no means deal breakers but things that would have been nice as we have had them at other places we have rented. Overall, we enjoyed our stayed and the house served its purpose.

I will for sure be coming back easy access to beaches not far from Naples!!

Great house, clean and spacious and well-equipped; made for a restful and comfortable base for a week. Michael (the owner) is a gem and was super easy to communicate with, and very responsive. Would stay again!

We enjoyed everything the location, the pool, and the Florida sunshine a couple things in the kitchen could use updating but overall we had a great time.

Property was very nice and location was great for many various activities. Only regret was that we were so busy, didn’t spend much time at the house during the day.

We stayed for one month with our pets. The house is very comfortable and the pool area is very nice and private. The neighborhood is close to everything and the beach was only a few minutes by car. The owner was extremely responsive to our questions and requests.

This home was just as represented. Our host Mike was professional, friendly and communicative. The home is wonderfully located and was spotless. A great stay!!!

Mike is a great host and was available to give plenty of guidance about places to see and eat at prior to arrival and during our stay. The property is in a great location to base and explore this part of Florida, is totally stocked with everything you need and spotlessly clean. We had an everyday technical issue and Mike was round within 20 minutes to investigate and solve even though it was Thanksgiving. It was evident that any issues would be responded to and resolved in short order.

Great property. Very easy to check in and out. Clean, spacious, comfortable beds. Look forward to staying again in the future.
