Host was great! She did everything she could to accommodate our requests. The house has nice space but was surprised/shocked that the first floor guest room shared the master bath. Two outdoor chairs broken and master bed chair ripped. We all noticed fridge was noisy, router (high pitch) and a constant noise over the cooktop. Couldn't get grill to heat up. Lots of amenities provided (detergent, paper towels, toilet paper). She was great with communication! Neighborhood very quiet and so close to things!Master bed was comfy as well as sheets. First floor bed did not get a good comfort rating. Tiny pool deck. Two lawn chairs for 6 adults. Great pool toys on deck! Guys enjoyed fishing off dock. Would recommend this house!

Pool area lovely. Peaceful neighborhood. Very spacious. A great place to relax . Kitchen fully loaded. Owner very receptive. Fantastic location for beach and stores.

the host of this property and the property itself is AMAZING for anyone and especially for family or multiple families traveling together. Pictures don’t do justice to it. It feels like home right away and host is responsive, empathetic, reasonable, and you can’t ask for more when dealing with the a host. If I could I would give her more than 5 STARS! Close to everything, the neighborhood is private and respectful. You have everything you need here! I would stay at any of her properties because it’s her! I’m coming back here anytime I visit and I’m dealing with only HER! She gave us recommendations on anything we asked, and she is thorough and tries to bend as much as a person can bend!

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely home. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Everything was well-maintained and thoughtfully prepared, making it easy to relax and enjoy our time. Overall, a very positive experience—we would definitely stay here again! The owner was most accommodating we really appreciated it.

We stayed Fri-Mon for our wedding weekend and everything was just perfect! It made for a stress free and relaxing weekend! The owner, Valerie, was so nice through the entire process and stay. Not to mention her home is very pet friendly! We would highly recommend.

I only stay at highly rated accommodations because I wish to avoid issues. To set the stage, my older parents (92,93) live(d) in the area so I was here with out of state family and dear friends who were coming for a Celebration of Life event for my father who passed in December of last year.Yes, I had family and friends over to this house at 2:30 - 5:30 PM after the formal event. Only close family and friends - 7 additional cars, all parked in the driveway or on the street. No loud music, no neighbor complaints. I sent the host a message well beforehand outlining our plans and asking for permission. Unfortunately, the host did not respond before the end of the COL (2:00 PM) so I asked the close friends and family to come over for a short time during the afternoon.The host will tell you we used the pool and hot tub without authorization. I told her before that we might use the hot tub, which is all we used. The host will say our use of the hot tub caused problems. I will only say exactly what I told her. I have had in ground pool and spas at my homes for over 30 years and know very well how they work and know I in no way incorrectly used or did anything manually. I only used the menu system on the control panel.I wish I understood why this host is keeping my deposit and trying to charge me another 1,000. It is very disheartening at a very sad time in my life.

Property was ok but dealing with host was difficult. There were issues at check-in and the worst part is if you wanted pool heat or the spa on you had to contact the host to turn it on remotely. I never experienced that before. We missed out on a great deal of pool and spa time because responses were nonexistent or very delayed. We had kids and the biggest part of the stay was enjoying the pool and that did not happen.

This was a beautiful home with an amazing swimming pool and jacuzzi. There was so much room for everyone and so many supplies available to us. Valerie was always available by text and very responsive. There were nine of us including a 4 month-old baby. This was the best vacation our family has ever had!

We absolutely loved staying at this house for 10 days! It was incredibly spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we could possibly need. The linens in all the rooms were fresh and clean, and the mattresses were unbelievably comfortable – ensuring a great night's sleep. The kitchen was a standout feature, fully stocked and even overstocked with quality utensils, dishes, and cookware. Ms. Valarie truly went above and beyond by providing high-quality pots, pans, and dishes, which made cooking meals during our stay feel effortless and enjoyable. Every detail in this home reflects quality and care – nothing felt cheap or overlooked. Plus, the toiletries were fully stocked, which was such a thoughtful bonus. This house exceeded our expectations, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, well-appointed getaway. It’s a perfect 10/1

This home is absolutely fabulous - beautiful inside and out, beautiful decor, very well equiped and close to shopping, beaches, great restaurants. Great open floorplan with plenty of room for my neices family of 5. The pool was wonderful and kept at perfect heated temp of 85. Thanks so much to the host/owner - she was wonderful at replying to questions very quickly. Will definitely grab this wonderful home the next time my neice and her family come to visit - it was perfect!!!
