Bonita Beach Mansion, New Constuction Home, Pool, Spa, Bikes and Near Beach

The house was perfect for my large family. Everyone enjoyed the spacious and clean rooms. Location was perfect too and close to the Beach. I’ve recommended this listing to other families

Great location. We loved the property. Pool and hot tub were great. Outdoor grill was handy.

The house itself was great but unfortunately, there were too many things missing for me to give it a higher rating. First and foremost, they never sent me the information on how to get into the house. We were told we could not enter before 5 PM and it was after 6 o’clock and MANY phone calls and texts sent that we finally were sent the information. Additionally, do not expect any sort of basic house supplies. There is no shampoo, soap, dishwasher pods, or laundry detergent. Eventually, we were able to find three laundry pods as well as three dish tabs however they were right inside the garage door and not under the kitchen sink or in the laundry room as one would expect. There was less than 8 bath towels throughout the entire house and we had to do laundry several times. For a house that is supposed to hold 12 people, this was extremely disappointing as well as a hassle to have to do laundry every day. Finally we paid extra to have the pool heated and it was not. When the pool keeper came by on the second day, we were told it would warm up which it never did. He acknowledged it should have been much warmer. I’ve rented homes countless times and unfortunately, this is not one I would recommend. For 1million house they could add some of the basics that would make it a five star. Better communication as well as delivering on what you pay extra for, would be a big step in the right direction.

Brand new home with plenty of room to spread out. Nice location in an older neighborhood about a mile from the beach. You do need to bring your own toiletries . Rental company was very responsive. Thank you !

The home was great! Wished the house had shampoo, conditioner, body wash in the showers though.

Our stay at this house was everything we thought it would be! the house was as advertised. Worked perfect for our adult kids and 2 granddaughters. We will definitely stay again!

Lovely home, from the pictures I thought it had 5 bedrooms AND that room with sleeper sofa and TV. So we were tight but made it work!

The home was beautiful! Plenty of room for 3 couples. The host got back to us right away, we just wanted to know how to run the hottub. (Nothing serious)The pool and hot tub were awesome. Great location.

The home has so much space but at the same time is so comfortable ! The pool and hot tub area was very comfortable !The bikes were in great shape . Perfect location nearby beach and restaurants ! We will be back!

House was gorgeous and close to a ton of local activities. Management company was very quick to respond and very clear on check in/out procedure.

We stayed over the fourth of July weekend, starting on Thursday July 3rd thru the 6th. We enjoyed the spacious property, which was well appointed and accomodated our family well. The check-in and out process was simple and easy. The property is close enough to the beach that you can get there in 5min via automobile or you can use the many bikes available by the property which only takes approximately 10 to 15 min. We found the property to be clean and with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and one halfbath to be perfect. Additionally, communication with the property management was stellar. Thanks! ;o)

We were in town for a wedding. We had two families staying together and the house was perfect. Very nice accommodations and nice quiet area. The host was easy to deal with and I would highly recommend this rental.

Beautiful brand new house, plenty of space. Outdoor space was perfect with covered sitting area. Great location close to everything. 1 mile walk to beach. Would recommend for group. We had 7 adults and 2 kids. A few minor issues hopefully management company will address with cleaners. They responded quickly to all questions.

Beautiful home, great space for a multi-generational family stay. Overall very comfortable with upscale features, including spa-like bathrooms. The whole family really enjoyed the pool and hot tub!

My family and I including adults, children, and infant, enjoyed this wonderful property for a long weekend. The Location is just what we needed! Access to the beach if we wanted, but also an incredible pool at the property. The pool was a HUGE hit with the kids. We enjoyed using the grill by the pool and kitchen to prepare meals. We had a group of 11 so this.was a great alternative to eating out for meals. The bikes provided were great cruising bikes to check out the area. I would give the area a 8/10 for walkability and bike ability for leisure. The nearby beach was incredible. We had beach chairs, umbrella, towels, and coolers. We hardly had to pack anything besides clothing! I would recommend this house and location to a friend.

We had the best time in this gorgeous property. The property is beautiful, spacious, clean and has the best layout. We were a group of family ranging in age from 17 - 85 and this home was perfect. We enjoyed sitting on the patio by the pool, cooking on the grill and playing cards at the dining room table. The kitchen was perfectly setup to cook all our meals while also engaging with everyone in the living room or sitting at the island. The location was perfect. We were within a few minutes to the closest grocery store and bikes were provided so we could ride around the neighborhood. The beach was also super close and we spent an afternoon enjoying a beautiful beach with tons of shells. This home was an amazing space for us to meet. We came from Texas, New York and New Jersey to be together and spend some time with each other. It was perfect. We highly recommend this property.

Amazing house close to beach

We stayed at this house with 2 more families and had a great time! The place was very clean and welcoming. Check in was very easy. Check out was at 10:00am and I requested 2 hours extra so we can take it easy in the morning but until I received an approval their guy was already there at 10am sharp.

Property was very nice. Missing a few basic house items like bath mats, tissues and larger bars of soap. We did have an ant issue that was addressed.

We spent two weeks here as a family of 5. The house was pristine and clean. It has been really thoughtfully furnished, in high end finishings. The kitchen and outdoor bbq were a joy to use. The beds were super comfortable, and there were enough bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone! I really appreciated all the cooking utensils supplied, and the bikes and beach supplies were a bonus. We will stay here again in a heartbeat. The only star I took off was for the check in time. Having stayed in vacation rentals for nearly 13 years in this area, we've never had to wait until 5pm for check in. Coming from the airport, that was a bit of a pain.

Gorgeous Home

Location: Bonita Springs, FL (just south of Fort Myers Beach and just north of Naples) Our stay at this larger 5-bedroom house in Bonita Springs was absolutely wonderful. As a new construction, the house was incredibly clean and well-maintained. The location was perfect – very convenient and felt safe. The property itself was fantastic. The pool and hot tub, enclosed with a screened area, were a huge hit with our family. We spent many evenings relaxing there. The 3-car garage was great for the raining evening and packing up. The availability of bikes and beach chairs was a nice touch for our beach outings. We took advantage of the proximity to Naples and Fort Myers Beach, going on a fishing charter and exploring Naples. The house is also close to the Everglades, where we enjoyed an exciting airboat tour. The location truly offered a perfect balance of relaxation and adventure. The 5th bedroom had a pull-out couch and two chairs that converted to single beds, making it an ideal space for kids, also had a wall mounted TV. Overall, we loved our stay and plan on coming back. This house in Bonita Springs is a gem, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, spacious, and conveniently located vacation rental.

We had a very nice stay with family. Everything was pretty much as stated. The younger kids really loved the pool and the availability of the bikes and beach/pool toys was very nice!
