Bonita Beach - Just North of Naples

We have filed a complaint with VRBO There was an issue with check in information . When the owner/host finally contacted us , she was unapologetic , argumentative and rude . The property looked like a junkyard not a relaxing get away ! There were multiple vehicles in front, some of them broken down .The courtyard was cluttered with bikes , hodgepodge furniture and various items . The inside did not look as nice as the pictures on line , very misleading .Amazing what a good photographer can do .Also it is not a HOME all to yourself as the website states it’s a building with 2 apartments , the rental being in the back , while speaking to the owner we realized apparently the owner occupied the front . We felt unwelcome and uncomfortable . We left .

My 5-day stay was great. And was perfect for a dog owner - as there's multiple dog parks and an amazing dog beach really close! Ivone, the host, is just down the street and she swung by when we needed help with the TV's. (You'll need to sign in for your personal streaming services!) I already wish I had stayed longer!

Property description included, nonexistent, hot tub, nonexistent, kayak, nonexistent access to water for fishing and paddling. Bikes were totally arrested with nonworking brakes. They and the grills are the owners which they bring to your unit if no one else has it. Upon requesting partial refund for the above was only given 50 and charged 125 extra for our dog exceeding their 30 pound limit even though no damage or extra cleaning required. Sealed windows are a safety hazard. AC units in backyard make it too noisy to enjoy the space.

The best part of this place is the communication with the owner. She did everything she could to make our stay better! Including bringing new mattresses! The inside of the rental is very nice and modern. The outside…. Well, there’s a lot of potential! If the yard was fixed up we would’ve spent a lot of time out there. Very nice location as far as the neighborhood and the distance to the beach goes!

Ivone and Roni were very kind and helpful. I felt very safe there even when I stayed alone. I knew I could call them if I had any problems. We would definitely stay there again if we came to Bonita Springs.

The house was in a great location close to beach, host were quick to answer questions and required no extra cleaning. The inside house photos didn’t match the listing but accommodations were still just as nice.

Great place. Definitely better than staying in a hotel. Very close to the beach.

We had an amazing time. Lovely home. Cozy and had everything we needed. The kitchen was so beautiful. We'll be back!

We really enjoyed our stay at Bonita Beach. This is a nice neighborhood with close proximity to Bonita Beach. Everything you need is a short drive away. Beaches/restaurants/groceries etc. The home is nicely decorated and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Ivonne was very responsive to our every need. Overall great experience.

We had a great time, the place was awesome and very clean! Ivone was very nice!

It is nice staying at a place that you can feel safe and away from crowds but be just minutes from shopping, food and Florida events/beaches. Full amenities so it is like a second home. Very large private parking which makes it easy when carrying a car full of vacation suitcases. We plan on future stays at this location.
