Bonita Beach area - Pool Home-2 miles to the beach.

We had an amazing stay at this property. The house was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. Our kids loved all the pool toys they provided. The location was perfect. We had fun walking to get dinner, ice cream, and to mini golf. We would definitely stay at the property again.

We were extremely disappointed with the cleanliness of this property. We had a terrible ant problem. The owner sent a neighbor who tore up pieces of cardboard and put a gel on them all over the kitchen countertops. We were then instructed to keep all pantry items in the microwave to try to prevent the problem from becoming even worse. The pool had a leak so we had to deal with filling up the pool ourselves daily. They did randomly send someone to check the chlorine each day who would show up unexpectedly. On top of all of that the place needed cleaning and there were zero supplies in the house. My wife and I went to Publix to buy windex, Lysol, detergent, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, etc so we can make the trip endurable. We also washed all of their sheets. One day the landscaper came and blew huge chunks of dirt into the pool deeming it unusable l. They did send a pool guy that was nice to clean it which took 2-3 hours. Between cleaning for them, setting any traps daily, filling their leaky pool and constant dialogue back and forth with Pat who treated each call like I was child asking for a third dessert, we lost 2-3 days from our 2 week stay. Oh! And did I mention the kitchen faucet didn’t work so that was another incident we had to stay home and wait for their repairman to fix it? It’s a shame because the house has a nice layout. If only they took better care of it.

What a beautiful property and so well taken care of. Communication was fantastic. We will definitely visit again. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. We were looking for some place to stay after long days at baseball parks. The communication with the property management team was above par. . shot out to Rich who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable and it was. Would definitely stay here again if visiting the Ft Myers area.

This was the perfect location, amazing house and pool and very attentive (but appropriate) service!!! Loved every minute went you will too !

Very clean, lovely home in quiet neighborhood. The kitchen was very well stocked. Beds were comfortable.
