The bedrooms were a good size and comfortable, the living room had plenty of seating as well as the dining/kitchen area. The kitchen was well stocked. Bring your own knives if you plan on cooking. The golf cart was very useful to go around in the neighborhood. We enjoyed the pickle ball court. The bicycles need some maintenance, they really weren't functioning. Once we got to the house, we never left the neighborhood!

Plus housekeeping had placed queen sheets on king bed which completely rolled up and off mattress during sleeping. Other than that all appeared excellent.

We absolutely loved this house. Very cozy and clean. Everything you need is already there including a golf cart. Secluded and surrounded by nature but just a short distance to the beautiful beach. Plenty to do and well kept grounds with two large pools. So glad we had the opportunity to stay here!

Renting this property will nickel and dime you to death. The house is large and has 5 bedrooms however only ONE parking pass is alloted and then they charge you an additional 50$ for each pass after that one. Also we arrived after 5 and no one was in the office. The issue with this is that if you don't park in exactly the correct place in the driveway you will receive 100$ tickets with no warning. Even though you were not aware of the regulations. This is our second stay at Martinique on the Beach and it will probably be our last simply because the property managers have gotten greedy and are only out to make an extra dollar.
