BOLTON COVE: 10 Cricket Ln. Pool, beach, playground, boat rental - 4 homes avail

Its my fifth time staying here. This place checks all the boxes. Pool is great. Beach is great. Dock is great. House is great.

Such a beautiful home, love the location and peaceful atmosphere, even in the winter time the lake is still beautiful! Kids enjoy the play set and the view and walks we took. Great home for a family! We will be back!

Perfect place for our family with several small children. The beach area with paddle boats was awesome for ages 7-13. The pool depth of 3 feet and 5, also perfect for children to play safely in the pool. Party barge, easy in and out, was a great high light. The house was roomy and comfortable; the views from the house were simply beautiful. We will likely return.

We rented house #10 and #11 for 8 guy golf trip. Totally met our needs and had an awesome experience. Thanks!!!

When we arrived, we noticed the downstairs was not as cold as the upstairs. We contacted the property manager and he sent someone out quickly to fix the problem.

We were a large group for a family reunion who rented all four houses. Courtland was a great communicator from the time of the reservation all the way through our departure. House 10 smelled like damp, musty mold. That’s could be heard in the walls and were seen peeking out from the fireplace area. In this home no bats escaped into the home however, a bat did fly out of the space between the wall and chimney into the home in house 12. The air conditioner did not work in this home and 2 others initially, but Courtland was responsive and it was fixed within two days. He also reimbursed us for one day of our stay due to that inconvenience. Overall, the entire property is amazing. The pool was clean and the Pool house allowed grandparents to stay downstairs at the pool area for a longer period of time but out of the heat. The sandy beach was a favorite along with the kayaks. All four houses need a thorough deep clean. All need some sort of entryway mat by both doors leading outside, particularly the downstairs door where people are entering from the beach and the pool. If the moldy musty smell can be addressed along with removal of bats, the house would be a wonderful place to stay.

Bolton Cove was all that we hoped in accommodations for our extended family stay. We rented two adjacent homes at Bolton Cove and they were each equally

The property was very pretty and the amenities were very nice!! I did not like that we had to pay for service call for AC not cooling - that should be the responsibility of the owners to make sure all is working correctly. This would have perfect for me and my extended family but not sure I want to risk being charged for multiple service charges.

We love coming here with our family. Great house, great property, great communication from the management team.
