This was the coziest home to stay in to visit Denton, where we used to live! It is just a few minutes away from the square. Super easy booking, check in, and check out. Would recommend to anyone wanting to visit!

We loved staying here! I'm from Denton and was coming back for a weekend of girl time with my friends, we had 5 of us stay there and were very comfortable in the space. The beds are so comfortable and the bedrooms are very large, we all hung out in the shared space comfortably but if we were watching TV or something we would have felt cramped in there. The owner lives down stairs, we met her and she was nice and friendly, we didn't see her again and it wasn't an issue having them there. I will def. rent here again and I would feel safe renting here by myself and walking this area / neighborhood. We drove to the square but if you're up for it, it's close enough to walk to the market or downtown. I wouldn't walk to TWU or UNT campus, that would be a better drive.

We were very comfortable and it was extremely clean. The parking was right out front of the house and getting in and out was a breeze with a digital lock. Coffee and the fixings are provided and the beds were quite cozy. I would highly recommend this place.

Beautiful home with cozy charm and a perfect location close to the square. Our family of 3 enjoyed staying here. We had our own spaces and a cute little sitting room where we could gather together.

I was SO HAPPY to find this diamond in the rough!! We have never been in the Denton area and my Grandaughter had a dance convention at the Embassy Suites. This home was about 7 minutes away and a straight shot down Panhandle. (The street). The home was beautiful, clean (huge plus), spacious bedrooms, quite cozy. It was easy access to all of our needs. Target, Kroger, Walgreens, CVS, Natural Grocers, Chipotle, McDonalds. My only regret is I didn’t get to meet and show some love to Titus, their furbaby. Hopefully we can stay there again next May.Lory and Presleigh KAurora, Colorado

Fun place! Super close drive to everything we wanted to see in Denton.

Rooms were very comfortable and peaceful even with the owner being downstairs. Close to downtown and great dining. Owners were very responsive when needed.

We had a wonderful visit as always. Great location and lovely place.

This was our first VRBO experience, and we are now hooked! The property is lovely and centrally located in proximity to the best of Denton imho. There was a small hiccup in the check-in process which was handled quickly. Overall it was wonderful and we might find ourselves staying here again this autumn.

Comfortable beds, easy walk to the square and places nearby, quiet and safe neighborhood.

We were in town for a graduation ceremony and were only there overnight. The upstairs has 2 bedrooms and 1 shared bathroom. It wasn’t a problem for us , but if you only reserve 1 bedroom, know that you will have to share the bathroom with another guest. The owner is an artist and her work is through out the premises. It’s a charming property. The apartment was too cold for us , and the owner was quick to respond and turn up the thermostat.

My family and I traveled 10 hrs to attend UNT graduation the nxt morning. We arrived late at night, so check-in was perfectly easy. The rooms were spacious and the media room also had a comfortable single bed. The next morning we were able to exit with no issue. The house is perfectly located to access everything.

Loved our stay the first time so much, we knew right where to stay the next time we were in town. We will be back when the need arises.

There was plenty of space for us all to spread out, and it was clean and comfortable! We would stay here again!

My best friend and I stayed at Bolivar Place and absolutely loved it! Cheryl was incredibly friendly. The location is fantastic. It’s near the town center and several fantastic restaurants. The beds were very comfortable and we enjoyed the sitting area. I would definitely stay here again.

Loved the coziness of this property! I would definitely stay again. It was a very quiet neighbirhood. Also,close to the square. You could easily walk there. We appreciated all of the extra touches, especially the art throughout the rooms that was painted by home owner.

Property is just how described. Walking distance to the square in Denton, close to UNT. Even though it does not have a full kitchen, has coffee brewer, microwave and mini fridge. Cute place and decor and art were lovely. Beds are comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.

Very nice place for a quick stay or weekend. Mini-fridge and microwave, but lacks a cookstove for the extended stays. Walking distance to downtown restaurants and amenities.

This is our third time staying in this home. The space, distance to the town square, and comfort of this home is great! See you next time!
