Bolivar Bungalow, located on the bayside, is a cozy rental ideal for couples or small families! This house is situated on an entire acre, surrounded by wetlands on the intracoastal. This prime location is in the heart of Crystal Beach, close to both the beach and bay, and conveniently located close to shops and restaurants.

The open floor plan has comfy coastal decor, and the kitchen is fully equipped for all of your cooking needs, including a Keurig coffee maker. High speed internet is also provided.

With approximately 870 square feet, this 1 bedroom home sleeps up to five guests comfortably with a King and twin in the master bedroom, and a queen pull out couch in the living room.

Downstairs you will find a charcoal barbecue pit, lawn furniture, picnic table, outdoor shower, swing, and a fenced in yard for your small pets.

Small dogs (under 35 pounds) allowed with a pet fee. All Swedes Real Estate vacation rentals are non-smoking properties. Swedes does not rent to guests under 25 years of age.
