This property was everything it advertised. It accommodated our needs for our family to meet up to attend a wedding in Kuna. Spacious with everything we needed (i.e. kitchen for cooking, entertainment, etc.). Rooms/Beds/Bathrooms were spacious and had wonderful bedding, TV's, towels, laundry, etc. Loved the hot tub and garage with games, etc. Plus neighborhood accommodated the parking we needed. Great find!
The property was clean and spacious for our group
The house was very large and very clean but also very impersonal. It obviously belongs to an investor. The living room in particular needs more side tables and a new furniture arrangement.
Had a great stay while in town for my nephew’s wedding. Only problem we had was when the smoke detector started beeping at midnight to let us know that the batteries were low. Lots for the kids to do with the hot tub and game tables!
Overall good.
We rented this house to gather our family for our parent's 50th Anniversary. The house was the perfect size with plenty of space for everyone. Each person had their own bed and each couple had their own room. The beds were very comfortable and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. The kitchen & laundry were well-equipped with everything we needed to cook, serve and wash. Parking is either in the driveway or on the street because they use the 3-car garage for a foosball table, ping pong table, and a combination air hockey/pool table (which was broken). If you're looking to spend time in the backyard, don't. It's not maintained. There's a crack in the master tub and black mold in the master bath. My biggest (and really only) complaint was that we could not access the community pool while we were there. I confirmed pool access twice before arrival. This home is in an HOA and key cards are required to access the pool. The home did not have any cards when we arrived. I reached out to the homeowner/manager (who was currently out of state) they assured me we could access the pool without keycards which wasn't true. So I reached out again and he/she suggested I go to the HOA management company to get the keys myself (which was closed) or we ask others at the pool to let us in. It was all a big disappointment - we never got in. So if you're looking to rent this property, and access to the pool is important to you, somehow confirm that the key cards are physically in the house.
The house was very spacious and open. Great game room for the children to entertain themselves. Manager was very responsive when we had questions during our stay. The community amenties were accessible and inviting
The property is clean simple and very accommodating for a large group. The game room was a hit with everyone especially the younger kids and teenagers. We were visiting with our grandkids so we had a lot of fun playing games with them. The pool was very nice and had lots of fun there being as it was 100° and we are from Texas anyway. Overall we really enjoyed our trip and the hosts and would recommend the property to anyone wanting to stay just outside of Boise with a large group and some fun summer activities.
Could not be happier with our stay. The house has lots of sleeping, dining, and entertainment spaces. Super clean. A++++
The house is very clean, has lots of space, and is in a very nice neighborhood. It gets the job done for having a nice, clean, comfortable place to stay. A few recommendations to get the last star: the backyard really needs grass and some outside furniture. The kitchen is really lacking in supplies. A pasta strainer, dish towels, and dishcloths would be nice. We had one dish towel and no dishcloths for our 4 night stay. If possible- slightly larger bars of soup for the bathrooms. The teens in our group enjoyed the garage with the ping pong, foosball, and air hockey table. If it is going to be a selling point though, the equipment needs some going over for repairs or replacement. Maybe putting some rugs and chairs in there too? Overall- it is a nice house with lots of space for a family gathering. The price is good. It just needs a few more touches to make it five star.
Fireplace looked beautiful on website but was disabled 'for safety'. Game tables in the garage which were such an appeal for the kids needed repairs. No chairs in bedrooms to sit on to put on your shoes and no reading lamps. No batteries in some of the remotes and the security system kept saying it was not working. Broken gate latch leaving yard unsecure for small child. More details available upon request. Would stay there again if a bit of attention is put on the details.
Loved it
This was a nice house in a nice suburban neighborhood. It looked like what it showed online. A couple of surprises, game room was in non -heated garage and was missing the air hockey table. The master bedroom with bath had 2 full size beds, so with our family dynamics we had to have our children sleep there so everyone could have a bed. I wish that had been left a nice master suite. We had covid when we first booked and the host was gracious enough to let us change dates, the date change put us on days that were cheaper, but she did not reimburse us the difference. Despite those surprises, it was a nice home, it was clean, the hot tub was relaxing and our family enjoyed their time together there.
We had our family getaway trip and this place was perfect for it. Very nice spacious house, freshly remodeled has all you need for a trip.
The stay was fine but the property was not what it looked like in the pictures. The black yard was gross and the grass was so yellow and dry the kids couldn’t even play outside. The property manager decided to tell me the night before we came that the hot tub wasn’t working and that’s one reason we booked this house. Those things really were a bummer for our Idaho stay
7 Adults and 2 children ages 3 and 9. We had plenty of open space and family that came and we got to visit with. What a great place to assemble with our 3 children their spouses and our 2 grandkids. We have a large family living in the surrounding areas and this was a great place
