The house is in a good location. It was a short walk to restaurants and coffee shops and the west entrance to Joshua Tree park with ~10 min away. The backyard space was very lovely and quiet. We enjoyed the hot tub and swings. The beds were comfortable and the bedrooms were spacious. The carpets in the bedrooms we very dirty, but we just kept our socks on. There were a few things that needed to be repaired (microwave handle, dents in walls, etc.), but this didn't slow us down. The kitchen was stocked w/enough pots and pans for us to cook breakfast and lunch. Also, there is a space in the garage to play ping-pong and pool. We couldn't play ping pong because the net was broken, but we improvised and still made use of the space.

The barbecue, pool table and air conditioning were great! We enjoyed the hot tub every night

The property is really nice with everything that you would need and the owner is very responsive and helpful with any issues.

The place was roomy, clean, comfortable and otherwise as advertised. Communication with the hosts was excellent and they were truly responsive. I would recommend this stray to anyone planning a trip.

ONLY STAY HERE IF U WANT TO STAY AT A PLACE WHERE EVERYTHING IS BROKEN! NO PROPANE FOR BBQ OR FIRE PLACE EITHER! If i were able to upload pics and videos i would for all you to see.

Quiet neighborhood. Spacious, clean and organized place. The game room is excellent.

Easy check in. House is absolutely nice. Just a suggestion to add fans during summer.

My family and I visited Joshua Tree and stayed at Grants home. The home was just as advertised. The kids loved the hot tub and game room. We only wish that our stay had been longer!! Thank you Grant for being very quick with reply’s and opening up your home to vrbo guests like us.

House was lovely. Clean and everything in its place. Backyard was lovely and great size. Ease of access into the property and neighborhood was quiet and safe. Location was close to small eateries and shops.

Property is in a good location near the park, spacious, clean, and has many amenities but needs some better maintenance. Some basic items need to be improved/fixed such as heat did not work in one bedroom, clothes dryer had no handle to open the machine, insufficient toilet paper, no hand towels in the bathroom,...

As our 1st trip of the year we choose to visit Joshua Tree NP. Our stay was super pleasant as the hose was exactly as stated, we only wish we booked for 2days and enjoy the back yard and jacuzzi.

The house needs cleaning, paint and repair. Having doors off their hinges shows a lack of maintenance. Advertised as sleeps 8; no linens for pullout sofa and not enough cutlery or dishes to accommodate our group.

Property was dirty. Sheets/bathrooms were not clean - black long hair in sheets and bathroom/tub. No wash rags, nor top sheets. Garbage laying outside. I would advise not to stay at this property

Went to Joshua Tree for a few days as a relaxing getaway with some friends to celebrate my birthday. The house was beautiful and we loved taking advantage of all the amenities like the hot tub, fire pit, and game room! Loved getting to play pac-man, galaga, and ping pong. Wish we stayed longer so we could’ve played pool or some of the board games too!! The beds were super cozy, and the kitchen was stocked with spices which made it super convenient for cooking meals! Communication was super quick whenever we reached out with questions. overall, was a wonderful trip, would definitely stay here again!!
