Boho Glam Bungalow in Historic OKC | 3BR/2BA | Walkable + Central!

The house was wonderful. It was near everything and in a quiet, safe neighborhood.

Pretty home/decor, nice space…. but with the most basic amenities. Check in was easy, but communication was terrible. We waited all day and were strung along waiting for a reply for an early check in. Never happened. First day, we discovered a rat in the kitchen. We told them it wasn’t a big problem, that our dog was probably keeping it away, plus we didn’t have a lot of food or cooking we were doing so, deal with it after we leave. But a couple days later, pest control showed up anyhow, nearly waking everyone up. Minor inconveniences like no toilet paper holder, dirty patio furniture, trash bins were completely full leaving us to take trash home with us, no extra blankets available (had to ask for them ahead of time), no laundry detergent available, hardly any glasses/cups, and over all quality of towels/linens, were what I would consider low quality and basic. It’s is a pretty home and decorated nice, but the quality of everything from communication with the management service to the quality of the amenities and attention to detail, is LOW and lacking. I’ve stayed in lots of VRBO homes and have never had to leave such a disappointing review before. I can deal with things not being top notch or small inconvenience here or there but this place was disappointing. In my opinion, the “management team” isn’t managing. We rented this for family coming in from out of town and it was disappointing that this home didn’t live up to how pretty it looked.

We came here for a girls weekend and it was wonderful! The house is conveniently located close to the city with plenty of stuff to do around the neighborhood or a short drive away. The whole house was cozy, but the kitchen was amazing! They had most of the essentials you'd need. The bathrooms were stocked with towels, shampoo, conditioner, and soap. We really enjoyed our stay!

It’s a cute quiet area, a good distance from Bricktown and Downtown plus the house is so cute

10/10 would book again in the future

Great property, location and communication.

Stayed for a weekend for a softball tournament and met our needs. House was clean and beds were comfy.

We travel to OKC often and have stayed in many similar sized rentals, this one was definitely a favorite of ours. Great location and central to everything we wanted to do. It’s a nice amount of space and tastefully decorated.

We were excited about our location because it was in close proximity to DEVON stadium. However, while the house is quaint, it wasn't quite like we had hoped. The bunk unit was quite wobbly and not sturdy enough to put an adult on the top bunk. The lawn furniture is cracked and can't be used. The sinks in the bathroom needed some attention due to slow drains. Lastly, the lawn needed a good mowing. Just okay...

We were in town for a graduation (U of O). The house was in a great location and neighborhood. The upgrades in the house were fantastic and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Communication with the property manager was seamless. Great stay!

Good location, responsive, nice home.

Clean and tidy

Nice home, had trouble ceiling fan and lights battle between the bedrooms. Go to sleep with fan on light out next room hits a button on the remote woke up fan off light on. Happens all three rooms. Very funny when we figured it out.

Great little house with lots of charm.

Sorely lacking in blankets (it was still quite cool) and there were NO blankets. No extra sheets either, so bought laundry detergent to wash towels, etc. We checked in at approximately 2:30pm and after settling in and preparing to fix supper we found the bottom of our socks to be completely nasty from the flooring. Lighting was also sorely lacking.

This is an amazing property! We loved our stay here. We will definitely want to stay here again.

I would definitely stay here again. The vibe was adorable, the beds and furniture comfortable. The bathrooms were great, the kitchen huge. The backyard was also very nice and there was ample parking. The location was so great and I felt totally safe. Check in time was pretty strict but it was easy. Communication with management was great. It would be very comfortable for a big family. The only thing preventing this from having 5 stars is the provisions in the kitchen. Plan on bringing everything you need. The kitchen has salt and pepper and a very lame coffee situation. There was gallon of Folgers and a huge can of powdered Coffee Mate. The dishes, silverware, knives and basic cookware were great. Only one dishwasher pod was provided. I know there are dishonest renters out there but many of us are honest people. It would have only set you back a little bit of $ provide better coffee, a few more spices, some cooking spray (or oil) and a few more dishwasher pods. I stay at about 9 VRBO properties each year. These are normal things to have for your guests. That would have made it a 5 star easy.

My husband and I had the pleasure of staying at this charming bungalow for 5 nights. The house was well appointed and very clean. The neighborhood was quiet and the neighbors were friendly. After coffee on the inviting front porch in the morning I enjoyed walking our pup throughout the lovely historic neighborhood. There were lots of good restaurants and some cute shops within easy walking distance. Our host was extremely accessible and always helpful. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this adorable home!
