Boho City Escape Sleeps 8 Tampa Heights

Katie and Eric communicated very well before check-in and during our stay. The home is exactly like the rental down to the placement of all the items. Everything was clean and easy to keep clean. We had everything we needed and were in walking or driving distance to anything we could think of! We walked about 1 minute across the street to Brewkini, the cutest coffee shop, for a morning coffee and match and it was delicious and beautiful! We stayed as a family of 5, 2 adults and 3 kids. You could easily sleep 8 people as each of the beds can accommodate two people. Maybe 3 if they are small kids about 12 and under. The location was also close enough to the airport and very close to the interstate for easy travel via plane or car.We will definitely stay here again in the future!

We stayed for two nights this past weekend for my boyfriend’s birthday, and honestly, I wish we had stayed longer.This rental was everything they listed and more. Eric and Katie were absolutely wonderful hosts—quick to respond, thorough in answering our questions, and incredibly organized with both the check-in and check-out process. Their unit truly reflects what a rental property should be. In fact, I wish they taught master classes for other hosts across every rental platform.I saw one review mentioning that check-in/check-out felt confusing with the separate web-based platform these hosts use after booking through Vrbo, but that wasn’t our experience at all. Eric and Katie provided plenty of guidance and clear instructions, which made everything run smoothly. The 37 damage waiver was also a convenient option compared to the 1,000 card hold.As for the property itself, it’s in a developing area, but the location made getting around Tampa incredibly easy. We were 10 minutes from downtown and about 25 minutes from Busch Gardens, so everything we wanted to do felt close by.The unit itself was gorgeous. The decor was beautiful, and you could tell a lot of thought/care went into the design. Everything was also unbelievably clean. As someone who is particular about cleanliness, this place surpassed my standards. The beds were insanely comfortable as well. Needless to say, we’ll absolutely be returning—both to this rental and any others Eric and Katie host. 10/10 stay!

Perfect location for a girls weekend getaway! Location was close to everything - the airport, downtown and the other activities we planned around town. It’s very well decorated and the beds are very comfy! Would definitely recommend to anyone staying with a group of girls!

We have stayed in many rentals in Tampa and this one was by far my favorite! You all really knocked it out of the park! Highly recommend!
