Our host was responsive and helpful. The home is light, bright, clean and comfortable. Great neighborhood close to shopping, restaurants and the greenway.

We had a lovely stay at the home. It was very clean and comfortable and perfect for my brother, his wife, and me. The hosts were responsive to questions. We enjoyed being able to walk to the Sumaq coffee shop each morning, and the location was convenient to the family member we were visiting, as well as South Park and Whole Foods. Would definitely recommend.

Very disappointed. Smells like mildew when you walk in. Internet stopped working last 2 days. Then found roaches the last night. House is cute on the inside not nice looking on the outside hence why you don’t see pictures of the front. Area is ok but would not have been comfortable staying by myself. Owners response to roaches and us leaving early was basically that is normal.

Three long time friends found this house to be the perfect setup for our 2 day stay. We had plenty of gathering and sleeping space. The open kitchen/living room was spacious and comfortable. The three bedrooms were all comfortable and had plenty of storage space for suitcases and clothes. The backyard space was one of the nicer ones I've seen and we enjoyed the deck. The neighborhood was nice and restaurants, etc were only about 10-15 minutes away. The owner was very responsive to a few questions we had. The listing phots were all accurate.

Great communication with owner. Pictures are exactly what you get. Very comfortable beds. Perfect for couples or families. Location was excellent for our visit to Quail Hollow Golf Course for PGA tournament. Short distance to uptown Charlotte. Highly recommend this home.

Great property in a quiet neighborhood with a huge backyard and well appointed home. House had all the desired connected devices and was very nice throughout. We stayed with our 4 young kids, and they loved it too. Highly recommend!

This was the perfect home to stay in while visiting our daughter at college. Beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable.
