The Space



The property consists of the main residence and a self-contained studio, providing accommodation for up to 8 guests across four bedrooms and two bathrooms, plus a separate second toilet.



Inside the main house, you'll find light-filled open-plan living, a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and filtered water, air conditioning, ceiling fans, and comfortable spaces designed for gathering and relaxation.



The downstairs studio is included exclusively with your booking and features its own private entrance, queen bed, bathroom, kitchenette with fridge, sink, and coffee machine, making it ideal for grandparents, couples, or guests seeking additional privacy.



Outdoor living is a standout feature. Multiple elevated decks are nestled among the rainforest canopy and include day beds, hammocks, and swinging chairs. • No Parties or Events – Our homes are for family holidays and peaceful getaways only. Parties, functions and commercial events are not permitted without prior written approval.

• Guest Numbers & Noise – Only registered guests may stay. Please respect neighbours and keep noise to a minimum, especially between 10pm and 8am.

• Pets & Smoking – Pets are welcome only at approved pet-friendly properties, and smoking is strictly prohibited.

• Care & Cleanliness – Please treat the home with care, report any damage immediately and leave it tidy upon departure.

• Rubbish & Parking – Dispose of rubbish in provided bins and park only in designated areas.
