Boathouse, 2 King Beds, Firepit, Huge Yard + Pet-Friendly! Peaceful & Luxurious

Second time staying here because we LOVE it so much!! We check every month we come down to see if it is open! Very peaceful, clean, close to town!

10/10 right on the lake, family friendly and so cozy! Prefect for a family get away.

Wonderful home with a lake view (and access for swimming) that is peaceful and comfortable as well as pet friendly with a fenced-in yard. This house made for a perfect relaxing getaway!

The house is super cozy! Our kids loved the rope swing and that they could swim right at the house. We will most certainly stay here again!

Only issue inside was a missing piece of trim on stairs, (not a problem, just noticed it).The trash bin at end of driveway was over full from previous guests we assume, and we could not fit our 2 bags of trash inside of it.

The place is exactly as it appears in pics. The lawn and dock are well maintained and clean. Beautiful scenery, relaxing calm and quiet. The fence is secure for your furbabies. Good fishing as well, you wont catch huge fish by the house as we caught some white bass, small catfish and a few small alligator gar. The lake always looks like it does on the pics but swimming was safe and refreshing.

We had a great long weekend! We brought our dogs who also had a ball! The house was modern, clean, and had all the amenities we needed. There is a pier which we fished off of and caught 5 small catfish (released). For those that have a boat, there is a boat dock and lift. The boat dock and pier are covered and well lit. All in all a great weekend with great hospitality.

We enjoyed our stay here. Extremely comfortable beds/bedding! Amenities were beyond plentiful (I couldn't think of a single thing that might have been needed that was not stocked in the home). Parking is somewhat tricky with a boat trailer, but manageable for sure. Only minor hiccup was that the lawn service showed up while we were eating lunch in the backyard. No big deal, they weren't there very long! Loved the view from the swing, and enjoyed seating around the fire pit. Would definitely recommend staying here, and hope we can visit again soon!

Perfect spot to relax and get away from the city!

It was a nice place inside and out….for younger people than people 80 years old.. we could not climb the stairs to get to the bed rooms ( they are too steep) We slept on two small couches (one each) down stairs (uncomfortably).

We absolutely adored and loved this property right on the water at Lake Livingston. Perfect place to enjoy a cup of coffee in the swing of the boathouse and enjoy the sunset around the firepit out back. The accommodations were amazing and hosts the absolute best!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The cabin is so lovely. Very clean and loved the decor style. House was stocked with everything we needed. We had such a relaxing time in the yard and the boat dock is awesome. The yard fencing is great, we didn't have to worry about the dogs getting out anywhere. We will definitely recommend this rental to our friends and family looking for a quick get away.

My family had a great time! The home was beautiful, the backyard and boat dock was amazing and the owners were quick to respond to questions and very accommodating! We will definitely be back!

The cabin was perfect! Everything we needed and every detail taken care of. The fire pit and dock were great! We enjoyed sitting by the water and fishing. The sunsets were beautiful! Thank you for a great stay!

everything was wonderful. Only issue is the driveway if you bring a boat to use in the advertised dock. Unless you have a small narrow boat, it is very hard to mauver a boat trailer to and from location and no secure location to store the trailer after launching boat without use of the very narrow driveway. other than that, a wonderful place for the price.

My husband and I went there for our 20th wedding anniversary. We were surprised when we opened the door. The host left as a note on the chalkboard saying happy 20th anniversary and they left a bottle of wine. We were very surprised. This place is quiet very pretty fishing was good And I recommended Haley

Perfect place to unwind! The owners thought of everything you would need. If you are looking for a place to unwind and relax this place is for you! From a bottle of wine to dog treats, we really loved our stay!

The owner/manager went above and beyound for our stay!. There were so many small personalizations for both us and our puppy, it truly warmed our hearts. This house provided the Zen feeling we desperately needed from our busy lives and made us feel right at home.The kitchen is fully stocked for at least 15 people.(We cook at least 3 to 4 times a day) Anything we needed was at our fingertips. The shower is very modern and up to date. The toiletries provided were of top quality. The beds are huge and super comfy! We bbq'd, swam right outside, fished off their private dock, and enjoyed days of exploring the lake on our jet skies! We are so beyound pleased we are already planning our next trip back to this home!

Very comfortable and functional! Property managers really thought of it all- two very comfortable kind beds, fully stocked kitchen, detailed house info book, plenty of seating inside and outside. They even had treats waiting for our dog. Given the small square footage, this place was designed well and never felt small to us. Property manager notified us of air conditioning problems that came up the day before our check-in. He was communicative about our options and ultimately chose to install window units before we checked in. We really appreciated how they kept us Informed about the air conditioning issues but also handled it a way that made very little impact regarding our stay. Would definitely book it again and recommend it to others
