I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location at the end of a finger into the Parker River is beautiful, and the dock & kayaks are wonderful. Outside patio has a lot of furniture, a working gas grill, and a little fire ring. However, everyone at our cottage was a little sleep deprived because the mattresses were soft & saggy. The living room couch (the only furniture in that room) was the opposite: stiff & uncomfortable. The recline feature for the couch did not work at all. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, dishes & pans, but no amenities such as salt & pepper. Housekeeping staff did an immaculate job.
