The house is excellently furnished and has all the kitchen and cooking items you would need. Along with many other little touches you feel right at home. The location on a sheltered inlet was ideal for boating, fishing and paddle boarding. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful and spacious home which came in handy for those of our party who snore like bears. Excellent location for accessing the inlet and public boat ramp over by Chasing Tails. The boat lift was a Godsend with the substantial tide changes. Communication with the property owner was great. We will definitely be staying here again.

Great place to stay with plenty of space for everyone. Rooms were very spacious and beds were large and very comfortable! Underneath the house was a great space to hang out as well, especially on rainy days. Sunsets were amazing to watch from the back porch and dock. Loved having the boat lift as well! Look forward to staying again!

Terrific house and amenities and location and boat lift. Biggest complaint was wine and beer glasses could have been better.

The first two days was rain , but a lot of interesting places to visit . The water was high and fishing was limited but after finding our way and talking to locals we started to catch a lot . In our opinion it was more friendly than most places we have stayed.

It was a wonderful, clean location with beautiful views. Ample space in each bedroom and general area for all to enjoy.

We had a great time. House was perfect for us. Enjoy being able to just walk outside & get on boat for some fun on the water. Sitting on the porch or down stairs with the great breeze watch our grandson play was great. Our grandson really enjoyed playing in the loft also. We loved our vacation. Thank you

We actually LOVE this property. The location is great. Unfortunately, the owner is really lacking communication skills. We have actually stayed here twice. The first trip, the host bothered us on a daily basis, to the point we almost cancelled the trip we had booked for future (this trip). She did go above and beyond approving our guest that went over the alloted amount she allows in the property. In our phone conversation with the host, we expressed concerns over the communication from trip #1 as she used the terms i am PO'd over the fact that we had multiple boats at the dock. I was taken back by her verbiage the whole first trip. Fast forward to trip #2. I noticed several additional security cameras, from our initial trips just weeks prior (exterior). We received several messages from the host during this stay as well, asking us to turn lights off multiple times. She stated she could tell from her ring camera that notified her of these lights on, however, the lights are not hooked up to that system, and are clearly outdated for this capability. The boat lift also needs work and actually dropped our boat in the water while lowering. Overall, we would not stay again due to the fact that the owner doesn't really seem actually want to rent in fear of something getting broken, regardless of the insurance she requires. We have rented hundreds of rentals at AB and have NEVER had the harassing communication or communication AT ALL unless there was an issue on our end.

We were down visiting family. Very convenient location, plenty of room, used the dock for fishing, just a great time!

We could not have asked for a better house and host for our vacation. The house was perfect for everything we wanted to do. It's a short boat ride to the islands and restaurants. We enjoyed the sunsets looking out over the canal/water. The house is literally right around the corner from the grocery store which was very convenient. The house was also stocked with everything we needed. Sharon is the best host we've had with VRBO. She truly went above and beyond for us! We're looking forward to coming back and booking this house again in the future!

Came across this property when our previous plans fell through and I’m so glad I did! House was stocked well and had everything we needed. The space under the house was shaded and wonderful for the kids to play out of the sun. The back deck had the most magnificent sunset views. I would book here again without hesitation!

The property was perfect for what i needed. If you need location to bring boat and enjoy the beach this is the spot
