Located in Cedar Point, with a view of the intercoastal. Boat and pet friendly with approval and a non refundable pet fee. Downtown swansboro is 1.5 miles, boat landing is half a mile and Emerald Isle is 2.5 miles for feet in the sand. Rent jet skis(.7 miles) or kayaks(1.1 miles) This is a spacious house with 1 bedroom, large yard with a fenced in area and carport. Fully equipped kitchen with all you need! 1 full bathroom with a large lighted vanity mirror. Living area and an additional casual space. Keyless and keyed entry. Beautiful neighborhood to take a stroll along the waterway.

We really enjoyed our mini vacation at this property! Very clean and great location. Host is VERY responsive! Will definitely be staying here again!
