Boat House Cottage On Great East Lake.

Hard to come up with the words to describe the beauty this property has to offer. Great east lake has excellent water quality, clear enough to see the bottom. The house is adorable and cozy with everything you need. Audrey is very easy to communicate with. I would recommend this house to anyone who needs to experience the peace the lake has to offer. Best vacation house i have ever rented.

Overall disappointing vacation rental in many ways. Briefly, property description (breathtaking views, quiet setting) was misleading, if not false in my opinion. Some listed property amenities did not exist (hot tub, spa, wood stove). The outdoor deck awning had deteriorated and was ripped, rendering it unusable. The standing umbrella was on its last legs to begin with. We were charged for a new umbrella from our security deposit & the Wayfair receipt sent to us! Owner's phone # belongs to an Asian realty co in NY. We have had great success with VRBO rentals for many years! This rental has been a huge disappointment.

The Boat House Cottage is wonderful! Pictures don't do it justice. The Boat House is immaculate, and it is decorated so beautifully. The house is fully stocked with all paper goods and toiletries which was helpful. The sunsets from the dock was one of our favorite things to do. We rented a boat and had a place to dock it right there. The public boat ramp is about 5 minutes away The water is crystal clear, and the cottage has walk in sandy beach which is a plus. The location of the Cottage is so quiet, and it is close to town for groceries and a few restaurants. The amenities this Cottage offers is incredible from floats, lawn chairs and umbrellas to a fully stocked kitchen with every imaginable cooking item. Audrey was great to work with and was always available when we had a question. This is one of the best rentals we have done and hope to return again next year!

This is our second time staying at this beautiful spot on Great East lake. We're looking forward to returning next year. Audrey was lovely to work with, and her home is welcoming and warm. If you can get book some time there, I highly recommend this property (Just don't try to take ours, lol!).

Located on a perfect spot on the lake. Clear water. Plenty of room to dock my 21 foot boat. Clean and included just about everything you’d need to prepare great meals. Friendly neighbors. A huge yard considering lakefront properties are usually on a postage stamp sized lot. All in all, our vacation was perfect.

The boathouse was just what we needed and as we expected. The attention to details stands out. All the little extras make this just like home. It was a perfect location and exceptionally clean. Would definitely recommend and plan to stay again, thank you!

Quiet, clean and comfortable house on a pristine lake. Everything was as promised in the description and the process was seamless. Really enjoyed my stay here.

Overall, this was a fabulous chance to try out the Lake House Life. This place was picture postcard perfect, with a wide shoreline yard on Great East Lake and a deck and breakwater just feet above the water. Our host agreed to an early arrival for us on Friday, which allowed my wife and I a chance to relax and get out on the calm waters of the lake in the canoe before our son arrived. The wind picked up on Saturday, so we mostly played games and relaxed inside, and went out for dinner at the Poor People's Pub in Sanbornville. The cabin was clean and fresh, with modern amenities. We had a great time and would stay there again!

This property is absolutely stunning! The views from every window are wonderful. The boathouse was very clean and had everything we needed for a very relaxing stay. Audrey was available for questions and left great details on how everything works-. We hope to return and stay longer.

had a great time here. wish the neighbors dog would not come over and bark at use and poop on the grass! the views were great . did not like all the stairs in house!
