Stayed Aug 29, 2025Great stay at the lake! The house has plenty of room and is well stocked. The owners were available and quick to answer questions. Lots of yard space and great dock area for swimming and fishing (we caught several catfish!) The lighting on the dock area and porch was a nice touch. The porch is off the second floor and the view was beautiful with morning coffee. And the hot tub was a nice treat!

The owner was very easy to reach and accommodating, we were able to check in a little early since we arrive up in Conroe early with no issues. Would definitely recommend this property

Stayed Apr 13, 2024We Loved the house...except for two details: 1) the deck, all of the furniture, and the window to the kitchen were covered with spider webs and looked like they hadn't been cleaned in a week or more. 2) We prefer fresh air to air-conditioning but only the front door and the sliding pass-through window to the deck opened in the main living area and neither had screens. We wished the other three large windows in the Living Room had opened, or at least, that there were screens for the door and window that did.

Stayed Nov 22, 2023Everything was clean and nicely updated. Property was nice with a large grass yard going right up to the lake. Highly recommended.
