Boat Dock & Patio: Cape Coral Home 6 Mi to Beach!

We like the kayaks, the view from the pool very nice, the terrace need better clean

The location is great. The pool is awesome. The house itself needed preventative maintenance. The Nest smoke alarms needed to have their batteries replaced and were chirping when we checked in. Some of the electrical plugs in the kitchen/dining room did not work. The washer went out on the second day ( We realize that was not preventable). The motor to the rear storm shutters kept cycling on and which created a loud noise. Luckily the property management company told us how to turn it off after about 3 days. Even if all that, we enjoyed our stay.

We had a fantastic time staying in this home. We found the boat ramp that connects to the homes canal. The host stayed in contact the whole time and answered us immediately even though they were out of the country. The home was very clean. A bit worn here and there but that is to be expected in a vacation property that is constantly booked. Aside from that we had a great stay and would absolutely recommend this home!

Good property with 1 bathroom in each bedroom (which was great), beautiful water view. We were disappointed by: the dishwasher was not working properly (we were unable to use it), the oven did not reach a temperature higher than 300 degrees (and it took forever to reach the 300!!!), only 1 roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, no spare garbage bags

Property was amazing 4 adults and 6 children plenty of room. Fishing off of the dock and riding in the kayaks was fun for all. Kids loved the big pool and all the toys.Everything you need is provided by the property owners, absolutely the easiest and best vacation. Great access to all the beaches. Property owner was fast to reply when we had questions. Would definitely recommend for a family-friendly vacation.

This was a nice place to stay. We primarily just cooked and slept there as we were gone from morning till dark most days. Nice, clean pool. Was great having 3 bathrooms for our family. Quiet neighborhood and really fun being on a canal. Great communication with host. Would stay here again!

We LOVED our trip to the Pelican! Sean was so responsive! The house had everything we needed! The view was gorgeous! The pool was perfect!

The property was exactly as advertised. Perfect for a long weekend with the family. In addition to enjoying the pool and the view of the canal, our daughters took advantage of the kayaks and bikes. Short distant drive to some great restaurants. Will definitely look to see if the house is available for rent the next time we return to Cape Coral.

The home layout worked out perfectly for our group. The host responded quickly to any issues we had. The pool was easy to get in and out of for all 4 of us. The property was easy to find and was located close to restaurants. Definitely would stay at the house again.

We had a wonderful time at the property. The kids had a great time in the pool and the views of the canal were amazing. Would definitely recommend to anyone who's looking for a quiet home to relax. The communication with the owner was also fantastic. (The arcade game in the garage was the 7 year olds favorite!)

First vacation we have been on in years and they were talking about staying again next year before our vacation was over

We had a great stay at this home over a long weekend as we wind down summer. It was very relaxing and cozy. The Master Bedroom was so quiet and away from the other side of the house which was great. The Den made great for an extra TV space especially since we were there during a Trop Storm. ;) Also the game room was very fun and had so much to do! Basketball and arcade games and darts and more. It was a great time. There is not a hot tub on the property so important to know if that's something interested in.

We had such an amazing time on our vacation. The house was literally stalked with everything you could ever want.. The house was clean.. It was beautiful.. The beds were comfortable.. Plenty of towels and beechtowels.. Loved our stay!
