Boat Dock, Game Room! Lakefront Glendale Getaway

This property was fantastic! The communication with the host was fast, friendly and helpful. The home is very clean, well-appointed and in a great location. We would definitely stay here again when we go to Glendale, AZ.

Great location and setting, plenty of stores nearby. The pool was great for the grandkids. A few more towels would have been a nice convenience.

Had a lovely stay and would rent again. But ….. Front door keyless entry batteries were dead which slowed our entry; pool lights were burned out which made pool area dangerous after dark; no umbrellas for the pool as in picture; minimal number of bathroom towels (please provide more); no access to garage which made unloading/loading inconvenient.

clean quiet safe neighborhood in a great location for visiting GCU.house had everything we needed and my granddaughter loved the ducks and birds on the lake every day. No problems at all.

This unique property is excellent in all respects. The lakefront exposure is a wonderful place to enjoy morning coffee or afternoon cocktails. This home is well maintained and stocked. Everything fully functional and very comfortable. The meticulous organization of the technologies makes things easy to use. 5 star rating for sure.

It was an absolutely wonderful house to spend the week with the family. The owner thought of everything to make our stay wonderful and I highly recommend this house for a stay in the Glendale area.

This property was absolutely perfect for our family visit! The location was perfect for us, within walking distance from my aunt's. The house was comfortable and equipped with everything we needed and more. Although the pool was chilly, we did get in twice. We played lots of Foosball in the house and basketball across the street at the park. When we notified the manager that the basketball was flat, he had a pump sent to the house the very next day!We had a fantastic time and loved our stay here.

It was great. House is lovely on the lake, well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, very nice neighborhood. Foosball table was a hit! . Pool water was too cold to go swimming but enjoyed sitting by the pool looking out at the lake. Hope to stay there again in the future.

Beautiful well kept home with tons of amenities. Only nits are somewhat slow Wi-Fi, TV is via Chromecast only so must use your phone to watch TV, and Master shower takes 2-3 minutes to get hot water. Backyard is beautiful in a gorgeous setting but you can definitely hear the 101 freeway nearby. Still, all and all a solid 5.

Quiet neighborhood and location on the lake made for a pleasant way to spend time on the patioo
