Villa Southern Bay not only impresses with its beautiful, modern design but also with its unique location directly on the waterfront, offering breathtaking, expansive views. The south-facing pool deck invites you to relax in the sun, and after soaking up the rays, you can enjoy a refreshing dip in the pool — which, of course, is electrically heated during the cooler months.

Both the pool deck and the covered lanai seating area are superbly equipped for comfort, just like theentire living space. Upon entering the home, you’re welcomed into a spacious open-plan living area with an adjacent American-style kitchen and dining area, offering ample room for up to six guests. The kitchen leaves nothing to be desired — especially for those who love to cook.

The home features two master suites, each with its own en-suite bathroom, as well as an additional guest bedroom and a guest bathroom that is conveniently accessible from the living area.

You’ll love every moment of your stay at Villa Southern Bay. After a day exploring by boat — we're happy to assist you with rentals — return in the evening to the peaceful island atmosphere of the Gasparilla Islands. Fire up the grill for a perfect steak or unwind with a drink in your private jacuzzi.

We welcome you with a starter kit: one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, a kitchen roll, a small hand soap in each bathroom, a small disinfectant, dishwashing liquid and some dishwashing tabs, fresh dishcloths and brushes and enough tea towels.
Beach towels, Beach chairs, Beach Umbrella and a cooler are also provided.
The rent is valid for an occupancy of up to 4 people. Each additional person will be charged at the displayed price. Children up to 3 years are free.
We charge $0.16 + tax per kilowatt hour for electricity costs. The units are determined on arrival and departure by photo of the electricity meter.
By liability reasons we do not rent boats, bikes or kayaks. However, there are numerous rental options. Our on-site team is happy to help.
