Stayed Sep 19, 2025Beds were comfortable. Property was spacious and the pool was great for cooling off during the day. Bathrooms only had tiny hotel shampoo and soap which were fully used up within the first day. Host was responsive but unhelpful. We stayed from Friday to Monday and the first night we were there we discovered the sink garbage disposal did not work and the right kitchen sink would not drain (could not use dishwasher) and a cockroach. Informed the host immediately and was informed that the issues would be taken care of the next day. Fast forward to the end of the stay, nothing was done despite contacting the host daily and receiving assurances that the issues would be resolved. We ended up catching/killing the roach ourselves. VRBO support barely offered any help. The hosts (Goodnight Stay) eventually offered to review the case for compensation saying that it would take 3-5 days. It has been almost a week and a half and it still has not been reviewed. This has been disappointing, we will not be staying at any properties managed by this group in the future.

Stayed Mar 10, 2024It's really too bad that I can't give this home a better rating. It has so much potential, but some major misses by the owner and management company. The good: the location is really nice, easy to get to many areas of Scottsdale, the neighborhood was quiet and the house has a good layout. Safety concerns: When we arrived (at night), the front door was unlocked & open. Other major safety concerns are that we had 2 different people show up unannounced the last morning of our stay. Both times they let themselves into the backyard without asking permission. There were several housekeeping concerns: a used towel was left behind a bathroom door, hair on the sheets and on the floors, garbage and confetti on the patio area, overflowing garbage can outside (we weren't sure what to do, so we did put it out on garbage day). It would really benefit this property if the owner would attend to a few basic up-keep items as well: the handle on the bathtub would fall off, the bed in the front room had weak support, the glass on the dining table was chipped and sharp, the frame around the mirror in the bathroom was falling off. The kitchen was minimally stocked, which is fine, but it was missing a few key items: no spatula (which is probably why the frying pan was so bad), the toaster didn't have a working heat element in the middle, not enough coffee filters, not enough dishwasher pods (would expect at least one per day of stay), and the dish soap was terrible.

Stayed Sep 23, 2023House was great! Kitchen could use a few more items but was sufficient. The bunk room is in the garage. This worked for us, but I dont think the pictures/listing were forthcoming with that. The bunk room had its own AC, and the floor was epoxy. Location was great! Close to many different restaurants, shopping and attractions. The house was well stocked with toiletries, toiletpaper, & towels. All the beds were comfortable and tempurdic. This management company was easy to work with, responsive and professional. We utilized the entire back yard from the fire pit to the card table and if course the pool. They even have lights for an evening swim! We'll be back in a few years!! Thanks for the memories!!!

Stayed Nov 23, 2022Hello, Although we enjoyed our stay, there is some info that may be helpful. The headboard in the first room to the right when you walk in is not attached to the wall, it's off the screw so it's being held up by the bed frame. If the bed moves at all, the frame falls onto the bed. This happened to my son. The door to the last room bedroom on the right is very difficult to close and makes a lot of noise. The showers didn't have a soap dish and neither did the sinks in the bathrooms. Dirty rugs in the master bedroom - both the area rug and the bathroom rug. One of the chaise lounges is torn and can't be sat in. As I read in previous reviews, the step-down in the garage bedroom should be marked somehow. Even though I read the review, I actually tripped down it once. We moved a table onto it so it wouldn't happen to anyone else in our group, but it is very dangerous. We did enjoy our stay and overall it's a nice spot and plenty of sleeping room but wanted you to be aware of these issues. Also there's only a tiny coffeepot and only decaf coffee so coffee drinkers should be aware. We would definitely stay there again but would hope that a few issues are corrected. Thank you.
