Stayed Dec 20, 2025The location had no power and the generator was not functional for the bulk of our stay (1 night). Vrbo Staff provided us with a full refund.

Stayed Nov 25, 2025The house is in need of repairs and maintenance before future stays. Upon arrival there were many things not working or in order including only one working tv that you must stream your own services, no sound system as listed, a mangled and torn canopy by pool area, a mini split AC that leaked so much we had to blow out the line ourselves after getting tired of duping bowls of water, holes in the walls and ceilings, broken counter tops and floor tiles, dirty furniture, missing furniture (only one barstool), all patios were dirty and furniture astray and the biggest issue was the amount of trash/debris by the pool including a fork, water bottles, food containers and deflated, mildewed pool floats/toys. Upon notifying the host, his reply was “There is only one working tv. Thank you for letting me know about the barstool.” The booklet of house information was only emailed to us the day after check in when we asked what the WiFi password was. The house appeared to have not been rented recently and the host seemed unaware of the condition of the home. We also had to buy cleaning supplies because all surfaces were dirty.

Stayed Apr 9, 2025Our family of 13 has been visiting St. John for years, and this villa was by far one of the best experiences we've had! The house was impeccably clean, spacious, and had every amenity we could ask for to make our stay comfortable. The multiple patios were wonderful, providing plenty of shade and cover so we could enjoy the outdoors regardless of the weather. We also greatly appreciated the thoughtful extras like beach chairs, coolers, and skim boards, which made our beach days even more enjoyable. The host was absolutely fantastic—responsive, accommodating, and a pleasure to work with. This villa truly felt like our home away from home for the week. Highly recommend for anyone seeking a stress-free and luxurious getaway!
