Stayed Jan 16, 2026This vrbo was excellent. Clean home with responsive owner. We would stay here again. 10 mins. From Convention Ctr where we attended an event. We loved the fact our dogs were welcome. We sent a couple mild suggestions for “senior” accommodations and they were well received. Thanks

Stayed Sep 19, 2025We had a great weekend stay at this property! It was extremely clean, beds were comfortable and the owner left us all the basic toiletries and cleaning supplies that we needed. It’s in a close proximity to campus and a short drive/uber ride to UT dorms/restaurants/Neyland stadium. Easy check-in and check-out process. Thank you, Jason!

Stayed Aug 3, 2025Lovely home, just what we needed to make our stay in Knoxville comfortable! Huge kitchen, convenient laundry, big back yard for your two Cavis and the beds were incredibly comfortable. Very sweet remodeled cottage that had everything we needed!

Stayed Sep 22, 2024The house was very nice and description was accurate. It was not in a very good neighborhood, and we ended up walking home after concert because we could not get an Uber . We had taken an Uber because of limited parking , so it was about a 2 mile walk in a what seemed sketchier neighborhood. It ended up being fine , but a little uneasy. The outside area needed to be blown off as we did not use it as it was not as tidy as pictures. Overall. We would rent it again , but that is just some of my take aways.

Stayed Jun 29, 2024This smaller, very-well-kept property with private, fenced-in backyard provided a wonderful overnight resting spot for our family of 3 as well as our 4 rescue dogs. It was a welcoming place to relax and recharge for one night before getting back on the road!
