Clean home in a great location and quiet neighborhood. The kitchen had everything we needed, the 2 bathrooms are large, and the backyard is nice for relaxing.

This house is wonderful. This was our second time to stay there. Everything was immaculate. Love the master bath.

Pros: clean, super hot tub, location, quiet, comfortable Cons: one of the guests felt unsafe in master tub without tub mat, suggest directions for TV (3 remotes intimidating) Thank you!

The house was perfect for us and our pup! The space was very clean and well-appointed. The neighborhood is quiet and only a few blocks walking distance from Main Street. We enjoyed the comfy, backyard furniture on the deck as well as sitting around the fire under the pecan trees. The hot tub was an added bonus! We will definitely book again in the future.

Loved this beautifully appointed and super comfy Fberg cottage! Well stay here on future trips. Would’ve given them 5 stars but for the lack of lighting on the narrow deck stairs in the back. My wife took a little spill navigating them in the dark.

Host was great! Upon entering, we had lights on and soft music playing! Home was bright and cheery! Great location!

Overall, we had a great stay at the Bluebonnet Haus. We especially enjoyed the lovely deck in the backyard as well as the hot tub. The kitchen had everything that we needed. A couple of minor items need attention, such as the grill burners and the stopper for the tub. Other than that, we had a great experience at Bluebonnet Haus.

We very much enjoyed our stay and wouldn't hesitate to book this house again or recommend it to friends and family. The backyard fence was very secure for our little dog and the neighborhood was very quiet and felt safe. Location was perfect! A couple minor things : the fire pit would not light and the chairs around it could use a cleaning.

The house was roomy and comfortable. There is a nice deck out back and a complete kitchen. It's in a central location which is handy for getting almost every place. We will stay there again.

Our stay at Bluebonnet Haus was an absolute delight! This charming, stylishly home is perfectly situated just 8 blocks from downtown Fredericksburg, making it an ideal base for exploring Main Street with its shops, restaurants, and wine-tasting spots. The house itself is beautifully designed, with cozy, modern touches like honey-colored wood floors, a spacious living area with a large flatscreen TV, and a fully equipped kitchen that had everything we needed to whip up meals. The hot tub was a fantastic bonus, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring the Texas Wine Country. The beds were comfortable, with plush king and queen mattresses, and the bathrooms were well-stocked with thoughtful amenities like Fredericksburg Farms bath products. The huge shower was glorious! The location is quiet yet so convenient, and the parking and WIFI made our stay even more comfortable. The hosts were responsive and ensured everything was spotless and welcoming. I'd highly recommend Bluebonnet Haus to anyone looking for a cozy, stylish retreat in Fredericksburg—we can't wait to return.

This house was wonderful. Very clean. Huge master bathroom. Loved sitting outside on deck. Hot tub was wonderful. Appreciated the bottle of wine left for us. Internet was wonderful especially because we had one who had to do some computer work for his job. Beds were very comfortable. We will be back. Just a great place

From the moment we walked into the house until the moment we left. Bluebonnet Haus was an absolute delight. Warmly appointed with everything we could want or need. Comfortable furniture, warm cozy bed. Spacious bathrooms, full kitchen, including a large refrigerator. Great outdoor space in the back with three separate gathering areas. Conveniently close to downtown. Quiet neighborhood. Highly Recommended. Great communication with Gästehaus Schmidt. Will definitely stay there again when we return to Fredericksburg. After fees are outrageous!

The Bluebonnet House is exactly like the pictures show. It is super cute and spacious. We had a wonderful time taking a dip in the hot tub and playing a couple of rounds of darts in the she shed. Close to downtown where we enjoyed shopping on Main St. Thank you so much for an easy check in and check out process too!

Great Location, Comfortable beds, & well-kept home. Booking was easy communication was great. Short hop to Main Street and everything else. Loved the stay here and would recommend to others.
