This property was perfect for our family of six adults. Great location to walking/biking trails along the river as well as being able to walk to town. The house was clean, beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. Cute place! There were a few minor maintenance items management needs to attend to, but overall it was an excellent choice for us!

Hot tub was excellent, Home was well stocked for guests and very homey/comfortable

We texted the host and ask if it was possible to check in an hour early, they were very accommodating and got back to us immediately. The place was exactly like the pictures and description, can't wait to stay there again!

The house was clean and well stocked. The space was perfect for our family with the studio apartment out back. The hot tub was amazing for cold fall mornings/evenings. Our host responded quickly to any questions and the location was close to everything we needed. We got a bonus with the beautiful fall foliage too. Thank you so much for a fantastic week!

Location was key and really worked well. Managing company work well on communications and seem very professional and nice.

We had a great holiday weekend at the Kingfisher Bungalow. It’s located on a quiet street just a short walk from the river and downtown (and the July 4th pet parade - what a treat!). The house & apartment are charming, decorated with a Hawaiian motif and provide adequate space to comfortably gather inside and outside. The hot tub out back is particularly nice. Communication with the mgmt company was excellent and we made use of the provided bikes. We would be happy to stay here again!

It was so easy to walk to downtown Bend! And if you were quiet at night you could hear the river. We loved the outdoor patio and spent hours there eating and playing games. A cozy house and darling house.

Clean, nice location

I imagine this being a pre-purchased retirement property for someone, and with minimal reinvestment to keep up the property while in the VRBO program.There is a strong mildew odor in the home, presumably from water damage that was evident in the basement laundry closet.The floors were not properly cleaned when we arrived, and the main shower still had hair on the walls after the management company sent attendants to re-clean after we had checked in. Without walking around the whole house to the front door, the partial ADU (no kitchen) on the property can only be accessed by passing through the main bedroom, or the second bedroom with 2 twin beds. The furniture is quite tired and does not really coordinate well with the Hawaiian theme attempt. Positive aspects include excellent location, nice hot tub and backyard area.I have never been this frank about a rental experience that didn’t meet our expectations.In sum, I will say that the property is overpriced, not well maintained, but in a great location.

Great location. Loved the hot tub. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils, dishes, pots and pans. Because we were there over Christmas, wished there was some Christmas decor besides a wreath on the door.
