Stayed Nov 24, 2025Area is convenient to parkways, house was clean and stocked with everything needed for a family get together. Downstairs bathroom was not great - shower is very small and very little water pressure. Main bathroom and upstairs was fine. Dog had a nice fenced yard to play in. Upstairs deck was very comfortable. Decor is modern and nice although sofas were hard and not comfortable. Bedrooms were comfortable and plenty of storage. Downstairs room was big and family had fun with Pac-Man and shuffleboard. Neighborhood nothing great but easy to get to main roads.

Stayed Sep 8, 2025Here’s a polished version you could use as a review—still warm and personal, just a bit more organized for easy reading:---Wonderful property!This home was everything we hoped for our family of 10 (plus 2 dogs) gathering. The bedrooms on both the main and top floors were spacious—much larger than we expected. The top-floor bedroom offered excellent privacy along with its own bathroom, while the main-floor bathroom is nicely tucked away for added privacy as well.The fenced backyard (with chicken wire atop the wood) was perfect for our small dogs to safely run and play. We loved the dock, complete with two chairs for morning coffee and serene water views, and the two provided kayaks were a big hit for everyone. Great bottom floor and patio for kids to run around and stay entertained!The main-level outdoor patio had plenty of seating and was large enough for our whole group to relax comfortably. We would definitely stay here again!Minor suggestion: adding shower mats to the showers would be helpful for older guests, as the showers were a bit slippery

Stayed Mar 25, 2025We had two families with kids staying during our visit. The four adults were able to reliably connect to the internet and attend video meetings while the kids played on their tablets and the TVs, so the internet service was solid. We had several places to set up to work individually as well. There was a statewide burn ban during our stay so we didn't get to make use of any outdoor fire pit, but the yard, patio, and deck were large enough to hang out comfortably. We were also surprised with how well stocked the kitchen was, with cookware, spices, and even tupperware for leftovers. The only comment we had upon arriving was that the photos must have used a fisheye lens because everything was a little smaller than the pictures make it seem (the back yard is not as deep, the kitchen is not as large, though it was plenty big, and the tables weren't as tall). Definitely would stay again.

Stayed Jul 8, 2023Apart from a delay to our check in time due to delays in cleaning (the prior guests did not leave the house in good shape) our stay was very nice. We enjoyed the convenience of having direct access to the pontoon boat. The neighborhood was quiet and clean. The office staff at staylakenorman were incredibly responsive prior to our trip and had answered all of my questions.
