The pool was magnificent and the house was clean. However, there is major residential construction going on across the street that was not disclosed in the listing. Plans for some peace and quiet were quickly scrapped. We were falsely accused that our dog chased away the pool man. There were signs all over the property that any music heard outside, whether from within the house or any sort of device, would result in prompt removal from the house and a $500 fine. There was a party (sounded like fun) on the same block one night and their music could be heard throughout the area. Would have been a better stay if we were given complete information and if all folks in the area had to adherento same rules and regs. Again, great pool.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time relaxing by the pool with our wine, snacks and deep conversations. The pool is fabulous and beautiful. Only 1 problem and that is all the rules about music etc that they have in Palm Springs.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our overall experience was very good. The property is in a very nice location and the property itself is very nice, comfortable and super enjoyable. The outdoor amenities(pool, spa, fire features, patio) are the strongest features. The house interior is very nice; albeit it could be appointed a little stronger. COVID might have had an impact. We would definitely consider another stay - all depending upon the price/value equation.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Gorgeous home and perfect location to the Palm Spring scene, however the home needs some attention and better upkeep. The exterior patios both the front entrance and entire back patios needed to be cleaned-they had not been swept or hosed off for a long time. We had a small gathering in the back patio one evening by the lovely fireplace but had to clean for a few hours prior as it was so dirty. Very worn outdoor rugs and worn patio furniture needs replacement. The kitchen was poorly stocked lacking nicer drinking glasses, wine glasses, very cheap silverware, no foil or plastic wrap, salt, pepper etc., not many utensils. The curtains throughout and bed linens appear very worn, a few light bulbs out. Toilet in one of the bathrooms was not functioning well, many scratches/dents on the walls. The home could use a few new furnishings, a deep clean throughout, paint, kitchen restocked, better upkeep. Nice home, but poorly decorated, very average furnishings. Master end of bed bench was broken. We travel to Palm Springs several times a year and usually stay in higher end homes, but we probably won’t return to this home. For the price we were disappointed. I must state however, the Acme team was terrific to work with in every way. The office managers were polite, professional, and very responsive.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented from Nov/24-30/2020 this home solely because of the pool, as I made the reservation I was told over the phone that the pool will be heated at 87 degrees by the reservations person who closed de deal with me over the phone (2 phone calls to same person), I followed text instructions by Jeremy (My Ghost-CONCIERGE -'cos I never saw him) and phone call to let them know what time we will arrive (3pm) and despite that we arrived at the premises, no-one greeted us and the pool was not hot as contracted, the very first night I was told by Miguel the pool crew that built the pool there have been having issues with the heating and that it will take 2 days for the pool to heat up. Cold pool all the way thru our last day, management was short of staff and I had to be the one dealing with all the pool maintenance in top of spotty phone reception in the area and no-one from the administration showed up to follow up on their part, I was told by ACME staff that since the owners changed the system they could not have control over it and as result they kept sending the pool crew over and over; the 2nd day another pool crew told me that the pool will be hot in 1 degree per hour hopefully will be hot by the end of 2nd day. 78 DEGREES ON OUR 4th night, I demanded that the pool water-heater to be Turned-On constantly and was told NO, so the little warm water inside the pool would fluctuate to colder temps, out of frustration demanded that the pool crew be shadowed by ACME personnel and did not happen, some pool crew apparently showed up Saturday (I was there and did not see anyone coming into the property) and said the pool was 84 degrees, our very last day the pool reached 87. It was horrible to have to stress over something that should have been ready on our $1,300.00/night rental. The property from the outside was lovely, very dark heavy colors inside and heavy furniture did not feel energized, on the bright side the beds were very comfortable.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was much better than we expected. The swimming pool was amazing, the biggest one we have seen in a single home, bigger than many of the hotel and community pools we have been to before, and brand new. My daughters spent the week swimming. Even my husband and I spent most of the time in the water. There was a very nice sized lawn on the side too. The location of the house is great, on a very quiet street and we enjoyed the view of the mountains. The house had a lovely distribution, had all the commodities and AC worked great in all areas. It was spotless when we arrived and they had left plenty of disinfectant for us to use. There was a book with very detailed instructions on everything and management reached out frequently to make sure we had no issues and knew how to operate everything. We just loved it and are currently planning and looking forward to our next break at Blue Waters!!

Even though we live in Southern California, we decided to take a vacation where we felt safe and could have a great time on private property with a pool versus staying at a resort hotel. We arrived on Sunday and had three great days. On the fourth day, the dishwasher stopped working, and we noticed roaches outside the property. I called mgt, and they sent a tech quickly who sprayed outside and attempted to fix the dishwasher. By the end of the week, a few roaches made it inside, but only 2 or 3. We did have to spend a lot of time washing dishes. The pool outside is fabulous, but unfortunately, on Thursday, our 5th day, my kids who have spent a lot of time indoors, due to COVID, decided to turn on music and have a singing competition. The activity lasted 35 -40 minutes in the middle of the day. Mgt called me and asked me to turn off the music and told us not to open the door because the citation officers were outside. The doorbell wasn't working, so we weren't even aware anyone was at the door. We complied and continued playing in the pool, not worried at all. 30- 40 minutes later, we went back inside the house, and noticed two men outside the front door making comments regarding how stupid we were, causing the kids to panic. I opened the door, and neither of the gentlemen showed me their ID. They explained there are no warnings, and we were getting a citation. We tried to explain what happened, but he didn't seem to care. I'm sure he was agitated because we took so long to answer the door, but we were complying with the property management's instructions. He stated I didn't have to give him my driver's license because he could deal directly with the property manager. I said okay, and they left. I was not thrilled about getting a fine, but I wasn't going to let that ruin our vacation. Ten minutes later, the dishwasher tech showed up, and I figured he was there to fix the dishwasher. Instead, he informed me we had 2 hours to vacate the property. Eventually, we worked it out directly with the property manager who did come to the house. I received a $500 citation in the mail yesterday two days after we left Palm Springs. I felt like we were in the movie Footloose where no dancing or music is allowed outside the house. It was very disappointing to experience such a lack of compassion during these difficult times. Very disheartening. The home is beautiful, but I would never return to Palm Springs. We tried to support the local economy, but I guess
