Blue Water Escape - Crystal Beach, Gulf Views, Private + Community Pool!

We had an amazing stay! House was perfect for our group and so pretty. Everyone had their own bed/room with plenty of bathrooms and lots of towels.Check in was super simple and text reminders were niceSuggestions I’d make: Cleaning prior to our stay wasn’t the greatest. Our feet were black and sandy hours after arrival, and there was some dried food on cabinets/fridge. Overall it wasn’t filthy, just could use a little bit more of a thorough clean. Rooms were clean and so were bathrooms minus the floors, however I did have an empty can of alcohol under a cart in the master bathroom that was missed during cleaning.There was an elevator we noticed but said isn’t available to guests. This would have been amazing to have means we had 3 kids under 2. Getting groceries and luggage up for the week would have been easier as well. Going up and down 4 flights of stairs multiple times a day was a little rough. Just be prepared if you have someone who can’t get up and down stairs well.I would also suggest the pool be cleaned at least once through the week for guest staying an entire week. It was getting pretty dirty mid week despite us using the net to keep it as clean as we could. We loved the heating option. Definitely worth the extra 300. The pool lights are hiding behind a bush. We didn’t find it until half way through our trip. Could also use more baking sheets, measuring spoons/cups, and baking utensils. There were lots of cups, plates, bowls, pots and pans. Thanks again!

This is our 2nd year to stay at this house. We love the location. The house is gorgeous and neighborhood is quiet. This visit we had a lot of struggles with hot water. We didn’t have that problem last year and we had the same 20 people in the house last year. The property manager came out twice which was appreciated.

I cannot say enough great things about Blue Water Escape. The entire experience was top notch from start to finish and the location was perfect for our family’s beach getaway! Communication with the property management was so easy and they made the experience seamless. I would highly recommend this property for large groups!

Loved the house. Super clean and spacious. Excellent location. Really enjoyed our stay.

The house was great inside but the outside needs some more effort and clean up. The pool and grill were a complete mess when we arrived but the pool service vendor did a great job of getting the pool back in order and made a follow up visit to check on us. Overall, a great experience.

Ocean Reef offered a very beautiful and clean house, however we had to kill three big water bugs. You also need to bring everything because all that was supplied in the home was towels. The mattresses are extremely horrible and they leave you with one roll of tissue per bathroom and one roll of paper towels. With the amount of money that the place takes in a month you would think that they would have better mattresses and cookware, as well as supply at least one roll of tissue per house guess. The pool should have also been cleaned out before arrival because it was not As clean as it should have been.

The house was nice. Everything was neat and clean. Pool was nice and the children enjoyed it. Parking was perfect for the amount of cars we had. The location of the house was perfect. Everything was near and didn't have to travel so far. Beach was right across the street. Heads up, the elevator doesn't work. But our overall experience was great.
