Blue Water Beachside Suite 3

Our unit smelled musty throughout our stay. I reached out to property management. He replied once, but has not (at this time) to additional, follow-up emails. We saw a 2 bug in the kitchen. (Yes, bugs are all over in FL, but didn't expect them in the unit.) No water pressure in the kitchen sink. Bathroom sink very slow to drain. Housekeeping was pleasant and friendly when we asked for extra towels. We will find somewhere else next time.

I loved that it was right around corner to beach. Room needed some updates. Beds comfortable. Locked myself out no one stays on property. Had to have neighbor call the service told them to call my neighbor. She didn't she called my phone which was locked inside. I finally got door open. She never called back. Me or neighbor. U have to wait 10 min for shower to warm up then u get in and out fast cuz water turns scalding and won't turn down. Umbrella we were to use was broke. Good location

Great location with everything you could need. Hosts were communicative and check in was easy. It was a great stay!

Location is top notch, with the beach, bakery, and restaurants all in close walking distance.

Property was clean and check in was super easy. The beach access was also a huge plus.

Great location

The property was a lot smaller than expected. We also thought it would be right on the beach. The cleanliness of the house was attrocious. There were dead cockroaches everywhere and the furnace closet was so filthy. The filter needed changing. The smoke detector was sitting in a closet.

Good stay

This is a super convenient location where you can walk to everything! We never needed a car our entire trip! The beach is extremely close and not crowded at all! Having the chairs and umbrellas provided made it so easy to pack up and go to the beach! We loved our stay and can’t wait to come back!

Great little place for a short stay. The beach is right around the corner, and there are plenty of restaurants/bars within walking distance. We had a small issue after arrival, but the owner was quick to resolve it. We will definitely be back!

Perfect beach getaway for my husband and me. The condo had everything we needed, was clean, and easily walkable to the beach, restaurants and grocery. We’ll be back!

My husband wanted to drive to IRB for his birthday. We found this place easily on line, and it went well. The walk to the beach was a bit longer than we expected but certainly doable even for us in our 80”s. We are both short so it was difficult to reach the fan and light chains

Great spot for a quick weekend stay. Very short distance to the beautiful beach and sweet location with plenty of food and drink spots within walking distance. The apartment was clean and convenient.

Property is still under repair from hurricane damage, but overall my apartment was very location, locatio was greatand management responded quickly to fix a hot water heater problem.

We've stayed in hostels around the world so its not as if we expected perfection. They told us there would be construction but it shouldn't be too disruptive. However the workers came every morning between 8 and 8:30am and it was very loud. Doesnt make for a relaxing morning. We also wouldve used the back area but it was full of construction material. We did like the proximity to restaurants and the beach.

This is a great overnight option and I will stay again. The hosts were very communicative, the unit is easy to access, the beach just steps away, and some good restaurants within walking distance. Seems like the town could have just 1 more coffee option, if anyone is looking for a business idea. :)The space was clean and felt roomy. My only requests next time would be that they don't install air fresheners, replace the bedroom lamp lightbulb with a normal one, and change the bathroom lights to be less wattage. Easy changes to an otherwise perfect stay!

This location is perfect for a short term stay. The unit is a little tired, but as I say, perfect for a short term stay. The owners were extremely communicative. No problems at all. I would book it again for a short term stay.

Perfect area. Close to everything. Good communication with the owner/ manager. A musty smell. But the beach is great !

We stayed in the property for 3 nights. It was in a poor state, only superficially cleaned. The kitchen cupboards under the sink were dirty & had mouse droppings .We found a dead mouse on the kitchen floor that had eaten laid down poison. The sofa bed was dirty with dirt between the cushions. The shower hot/cold water regulation was not possible. There was insufficient water flow & no hot water on the kitchen faucet. We reported this to the property management. After visits from a maintenance man it was still evident that the the property needed fumigating & a deep clean.

We had a great stay at this place. It was exactly as described. A very short walk to the beach. Darren, the maintenance man, was great! He was replacing the chairs and table when we came back from the beach. We had a couple of questions for him about where to go and he was right on!
