Blue Vista - 180 degree Ocean Views

We paid over one thousand for two nights from March 19 to March 2026, and the basic facilities and service were very poor—far below what we expected for that price. On the first evening, we discovered that the water flow in the shower was extremely low—so low that we couldn't shower properly. We ended up catching a cold and had to go to a friend's place the next day just to shower. Since it was a busy weekend, we didn't raise the issue during our stay. After we checked out, the property emailed us asking that if we weren't going to leave a five-star review, we should contact them first. We did reach out to explain the issue, but their response was completely unacceptable—they blamed us for not reporting it at the time instead of taking any responsibility. I understand that reporting issues during a stay can help resolve them quickly, but for this price point, basic amenities like a functional shower should be a given. Their dismissive and unprofessional attitude only made things worse.

Loved it! Location is fab and accommodation excellent. Port Fairy is gorge, will definitely return and stay at this house again. Absolutely loved watching the sunrise from the lounge

Although the weather was cold and rainy the surf was perfect and the view from the house was amazing. The house was warm and cosy.

Perfect location directly opposite beautiful east beach and southern ocean - the water is literally 60 seconds from the front door. 20 minute walk to The Wharf on Moyne River and city centre. House was clean warm and comfortable with stunning ocean views - perfect for relaxing with a wine or coffee and a good book. We’ll be back - thank you 😊
