Blue Skies!

Place was great. We were in town to visit family and the location was perfect. We visit often so we will definitely look into renting again.

The house was clean, and larger than we had expected! The host was a very good communicator, and the kitchen and bathrooms were stocked with everything we needed! We were able to bring our dogs, and the sidewalks were great for long walks with them. We would stay here again!!

Good place to stay in downtown Newnan.

Older, but very well kept home just minutes from historic downtown Newnan.Located on a quiet residential street, and very easy to get to.Ryan, the host, was easy to deal with and very responsive to questions we sent.We enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely stay again in the future.Thanks, Ryan!

Home was clean and the beds were very comfortable.

The house was clean and easily accessed; check-in was simple. The kitchen entry in the carport was perfect for my 92 year old dad who has some mobility issues. Beds were incredibly comfortable and linens clean and in good supply. Our host even supplied quality liquid soap, shampoo, and conditioner in the bathrooms. The on-suite bath is a walk in shower-great for older people! I would have given the property a 5 star rating except for some minor issues with the kitchen, and the deck area. Some of the pots and pans have peeling non-stick coating: that's unhealthy, they should be replaced. The stove top was clean, but the oven was absolutely not; neither was the grill on the deck. The table on the deck, which has a lovely view, was filthy-I don't mean just pine pollen. As I cleaned off the glass table top, it was obvious it has not been properly cleaned in years. Leaf debris and mold coated the table top frame and underside of the glass top insert. The house would benefit from some TLC: many small holes in walls could use some spackling and fresh paint. There is a binder for guests outlining expectations of the host if the guest wants to avoid a cleaning fee, but not information on how the HVAC system works or the TV. Not everyone has a smart home, nor does everyone have a firestick TV. A couple of pages with that kind of information would be very helpful for us less tech savvy folks. The location is good, the neighborhood peaceful and quiet. A nice place to stay.

Ryan was so kind and helpful from booking through our entire stay. The house was very comfortable for my family (2 adult couples) and my senior dog. The location was perfect to down town and very easy to locate.

The house had been updated and decorated with excellent taste. The master bed was extremely comfortable. Except for food, everything you might need was provided. Check in was easy, a carport was provided for car.Overall, this was an excellent place to stay. I have been traveling since August 2024 and this was one of the best, if not the best, place I have stayed. Great job on making a very comfortable place to visit.

Perfect one night stay. Great little town and close to everything we needed.

Blue Skies was exactly what I needed after my flight home was delayed due to snow! The older home is beautifully renovated and stocked with plenty of extra linens, towels, blankets and pillows. The home is centrally located to grocery and department stores and great restaurants too. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals at home which we took advantage of everyday. Ryan was an incredibly gracious and accommodating host. I'd recommend Blue Skies to anyone traveling in the Newnan area!

It was a short, 2 nights, trip and only slept there, since we were quite busy, engaged in wedding activities. It was clean, easy access, difficulty with plugging lights in secondary bedroom, wished for better lighting and some water bottles in the fridge would have been greatly welcomed upon arrival .
